The hotel is in a perfect area for visiting all of Medellin by foot, cab or metro. Definitely worth the few extra dollars to stay in a full suite which is twice the size of a regular room. We stayed in room 201. Ours had a seating area, a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom, big shower, fully stocked mini fridge...

Excellent hotel because of the excellent service, the crew is alwazs willing to serve you and help you. The breakfast is very good, there's a parking service and the location of the hotel is great, it's in a good central neighborhood.

The breakfast is below average. Overcooked. Tasteless. The evening meals (beef dishes) are very good. The staff is wonderful. The check out spoiled my whole stay with a charge that was not warrented. My friend did not stay overnight. I e-mailed the hotel twice about the charge but got no response. The manager was not there when I checked out....

Pleasant hotel just below the bustling 70th Street, hear the Stadium. Friendly staff who try hard to please....excellent! Hotel rooms are small with tight bathrooms...clean but housekeeping needs to improve...no toilet paper and only one towel when we arrived! Bathrooms are dated! Breakfast is pretty basic...

I would probably say its one of the best hotel in the area. it is quite small compared to the big hotel chains but you can really notice they try to everything to the same stander-eds of the more recognized hotels. Its walking distance to the poblado bus and the metro. Oh and the restaurant is great.

This hotel goes above and beyond in regards to providing top-level service to guests. Every staff member we have interacted with has been welcoming, and takes the time help, regardless of English comprehension. Some staff members have basic knowledge of English, you just need to ask. The rooms, while not particularly spacious, are thoughtfully laid-out. The room has an air...

I stayed in the new tower which it was nice and clean. My room size was fine for 1 person but the bathroom was too tight to move around. Some of thier towels are too old. Not noisy at all. Good wifi & a few computers for use. Too many hostess/employees in hotel uniforms in/around lobby, front door, once i...

I really enjoyed my experience in Colombia at a very nice hotel with excellent service and meals. Located in a perfect location for exploring Medellin with lots of things in walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful with their knowledge and great personal service. Pretty much soup to nuts in what a hotel should do to make your stay extra...

Great hotel two blocks from carretera 70. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to many bars, restaurants and discos. Outdoor seating. Free breakfast. Rooms were small but quite well done.if you want a local experience this area is for you. Unlike the Parque Lleres which is geared to tourist, the carretera 70 area is the real Colombian experience. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and clean hotel, located close to a grocery store, bakeries and the metro. Staff was extremely helpful. They are nice, friendly and think ahead to accomodate every possible need. Breakfast was good too.
