Our taxidriver told us that it is a dangerous neighborhood to live in. I don't know if it was the man/woman (you wouldn't know) that tried to sell us sex or the many poor people. It was only OK; bad shower, horrible lightning and only a bed and a tv. Fine for an overnight stay from Salento to Manizales. Tip: please be careful! The taxi drivers will try to cheat you by "forgetting" to turn their taxameter on... Just an advice from a blond person who looks much like a tourist;-)
