We were here for a couple of days on concert with all orchestra in december, if you have a room on the outside could be very noisy since is quiet near center of city. The rooms are ok, but batrooms small. I was amazed by breakfast, includes a “Tamal tolimense” very tastefull and will give you energy for the day. The personnel was very helpfull and very respectfull. I will definetelly stay here again.

This probably is the best Ibague has downtown. It is clean and comfortable. Wifi is spotty. Hotels in Colombia dont seem to understand the importance of Wifi and how easy it is to remedy. When I checked in the girl at the desk couldnt smile. It seems the more you spend on hotels in Co the poorer the service is. Colombia is not big on tourism. This hotel could do much better at service, but I would never expect it. I speak Spanish but tourist hotels should have an English speaker on staff. For $34 I expected more. I shouldnt though.

With the subject of the wi fi we want to share with you that we know the importance of this service, so we just changed the operator, since the previous one did not meet our demands or the expectations of our customers and we also changed the service of our television . With the theme of the language, some of our collaborators speaks English and others are in the process of studying what we know will be positive for our foreign clients. The pictures on the hotel website are a bit optimistic, when compared to my room. But I will not complain: it is clean and fairly comfortable, well located, and fine for one night in downtown Ibagué (not a very touristic place!), and really cheap (I paid about 30 euros). Recommanded for thrifty travelers.

We've stayed here two nights in Ibague and have been really well looked-after. At present, the hotel is doing 50% off at weekends so the rates are very good. The suite is fabulous...if you can stay there, do! All the rooms are v comfortable and clean and nicely decorated; modern, mini-bar and good ac and tv. The wifi is v good and so is the restaurant here (and good value). Most of all, the staff are very attentive. We looked around several hotels here, and the dulima is the best by a long shot. Highly recommended.
