Spent 3 nights here with my wife and had an amazing experience. Staff incredibly helpful and polite. Staff knew exactly what we were looking for and organized day trips and dinners that were amazing. Katherine from front desk was a star ! Hotel decor was perfect blend of old world charm with new world comfort. Would definitely go back.

My wife and I just spent 4 days at Casa San Agustin for our anniversary, and our experience couldn't have been any better! The property is beautifully appointed, with everything from decor, ambiance, amenities, service, food - you name it - First Class! However, I have to say this hotel stands out from other luxury hotels because of its staff....

My partner and I ended off two weeks in Colombia with three nights at the Hotel Casa San Agustin. The hotel is spectacular (particularly the pool). The food is exceptional (try the lamb ribs with hoisin sauce). The service is impeccable. I'd highly recommend this hotel when staying in Cartagena.

Casa San Agustin is without any doubt Cartagenas number one hotel. The hotel's design and finishes are tasteful and executed with great craftmanship, all while paying homage to the historic building. The scents throughout the hotel add to the atmosphere. With only 30 rooms, Casa San Agustin is a true refuge from this bustling city. However, no hotel will inspire...

My family has built hotels throughout the Miami area. We travel for business and pleasure and have been to over 20 countries in the last few years. Rarely have we experienced a more professional, caring, and warm concierge as we encountered in the Casa San Agustin. Andrew took care of our needs and reservations perfectly prior to our coming. Olga...

Stay in this hotel to get an intimate feeling of Cartagena. Excellent location in old town. Overall ambience truly reflects the local character in a luxurious way. Attentive service and a nice restaurant as well. I gave four stars because we felt the room we were given didn't justfy the cost.

Colonial influenced building with lots of plants/flowers. Truly an amazing property. It's well-maintained and the staff is super friendly. Ramon at the front desk was helpful and everyone greeted us with a smile. The restaurant has decent food and complimentary breakfast comes with your stay. This is one of the best places we have stayed and it's really reasonably priced.

It wasn't the pool, which is incredible, or the rooms, which are comfortable and inviting. Nor was it the library that had a great espresso (Nespresso!) maker as a perfect way to relax after a morning of walking or to prepare for an afternoon of adventure. What stood out the most are the incredible staff who went above and beyond...
