We totally enjoyed our stay in mid January 2017. This is a jewel of a property right in the heart of the old city. We had a private patio which overlooked the bustling street in front of the property. Our room was spacious, clean and charming. The air conditioning was superb. The staff was helpful, kind and so friendly. Our...

We came here as a stop on our honeymoon over Christmas and loved it! Very helpful staff, great location, and a good value overall. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. They have a small pool on the deck which was nice to sit by, and the included breakfast was decent. We found it surprisingly...

I stayed at Las Carretas for one night and I found this little boutique hotel amazing. Location is perfect, a few steps from everything you might need and want to see. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and I loved the balcony on a busy street of the centre. My friend and I spent...

We stayed only two nights in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Only the rooms and the bath are little bit small.. We had good Internet connection and the hotel is located in the middle of the old city center. Also the breakfast was delicious.

We loved everything about Las Carretas, especially their staff! Leonel and Diana were incredibly helpful, friendly and cordial. We stayed here from Wednesday, November 7th through Sunday, Nomeber 11th. My boyfriend and I traveled with another couple, we all stayed on the upper floor, both rooms next to the rooftop pool. The rooms were the perfect size, very clean, great...

Mixed feelings about this boutique hotel. You have to watch out as money was stolen from our backpack in the room!! Make sure that all belongings are safe. Location of this hotel is great, within the old city centre. Breakfast was Nice, but there was no WiFi in the room.

It is not cheap to stay within the walled city, but Las Carretas, on the street of the same name, has to be one of the best deals. New to Cartagena, I did not realize that the main gates of the city (at the Torre del Reloj) were no longer used by vehicular traffic, so I was a little surprised...

The hotel is nice, it's location is one of the best in the old city and the service is excellent. My only complaint is the room selection. If you want a quiet room at night you can't hace a nice view. If you want a nice view you're going to have loud music played to you all night long. Breakfast...
