We took a day tour here, it cost us 60 USD and the only thing you get for that amount is transport and a buffet. They told us that more was included in the price, for example visiting the aquarium or beers, but that wasn't the case. The water wasn't clear and it was just another beach. A very expensive...

Do not stay here! Solely a money making scheme - they do not care at all about their guests; while staff on the property are friendly, senior management/owners are far from accommodating. We were not informed (apart from an unclear email in very poor English that vaguely mentioned boat times) that we had to get a boat there, so after...

My boyfriend and I went to Isla del Encanto after having been to Playa Blanca and wanting an experience without all the hawkers trying to sell us bracelets and massages. We were told that IdE was a private beach so once we paid the upfront price for a day pass, our only other cost would be the drinks we wanted...

From March 13th through March 17th my husband John and I, (both extensively traveled) stayed at the Isla del Encanto on Rosario island, Colombia. We did not enjoy our stay there much. The food was sub-par, and although some of the staff was very friendly, the major exception was Carlos Escovedo, the manager. The beach was quite small and, from...

Admittedly, my less than positive review rests solely on the shoulders of the woman heading up housekeeping. This hotel has a strange arrangement where check-in is at 3 and checkout is at noon. The boats with new arrivals show up around 11 but boats back to Cartagena leave at 3:15. This leaves an awkward gap for those coming and going....

My husband and I came to this resort twice. Our hotel initially arranged a day trip and we enjoyed it so much that we booked a room to spend the night. The staff was certainly the highlight. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with our every need (despite our clumsy attempts at basic Spanish). We especially loved Emil who took...

I took a day trip to Isla del Encanto from Cartagena. The boats we took had lifejackets for everyone and seemed to be higher quality than other boats we saw. The water was choppy, but not much you can do about it. The property was well cared for. The pool was pristine and had a sufficient deep end. There was...

We arranged for a day trip boat ride from Cartagena to Isla Del Encanto and it was great. Got on a boat ride out to the island. The boat we took was good, especially compared to some of the other boats I saw, this was definitely one of the better boats. The island was great. You could relax and use...

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Staf very friendly, especially Martin, which does everything with a smile the entire day. The food was good. They ask what you want for lunch and diner, giving you 4/5 options. Breakfast is a buffet. Only the prices are rather expensive (eg. 10.000 cop for a beer).
