This has been the worst hotel I have stayed in Colombia. I traveled for a month around Colombia and stayed in at different hostels in different cities. I decided to stay at an "ok" hotel for the last 2 nights of my trip and wished I had stayed at another hostel instead. Room were very filthy! First room I was...

Esthetically the hotel is less pleasing to the eye than the pictures posted but we had a nice view of the naval base from our room and the roof top view of both the ocean and bay was beautiful. A big plus was having breakfast, lunch and dinner included with our stay which saved us money. Staff was very friendly...

Switched to this hotel after spending 1 sleepless night in another hotel with no air conditioning...unless you're from a very humid climate, AC is necessary in Cartagena. The price was right as Cartagena can be a sticker shock when coming from other Colombian cities and their prices. I was still overspending my lodging budget, but I had to do something!...

I stayed there during 3 days with my girlfriend and It trully has an amazing view and location, near the mall, the beach and 2 supermarkets (Olímpica and Carulla). The employees also offer you a nice service and they provide you a lot of information about different kind of plans, like tours or place to visit.

Negatives: Room had broken toilet door. Balcony door was so hard to open, we avoided going out there. No wifi anywhere else but lobby where is was so hot and stinky. Buffet food was the same every day and they have a staff member measuring out your portions. Some food runs out after 15/30 mins of opening. Ran out of...

I think that this hotel I've stayed.... In the bedroom the TV is as smaller as a book, the food is horrible, I couldn't have a good breakfast and a good dinner. It's like you eat in a poor restaurant. I think that the only one think good in this place is the view because you can see the port...

There is no wifi anywhere (not even the pool area) but the lobby, then the lobby is boiling hot, there isn't a nice area to sit and there are Mosquitos everywhere. Aircon in great in the rooms but the hallways and lift are also really hot. Food was almost the same nearly everyday. Mainly fish and chicken. The buffet could...

I pick the hotel Cartagena Premium because the fantastic pictures from the 21st floor and panoramic pool. However, the hotel is TERRIBLE building, room are so nasty and far away from the reality, not much clean and enough space at the bathroom, not doors between the bed and the toilet. Pictures are self explanatory. Customer service TERRIBLE because the property...
