We only used our credit card twice in Colombia, once to pay this hotel bill and once to book a flight using the hotel's computer. A few days later there were thousands of pounds-worth of fraudulent charges on our credit card, all originating in Colombia. The fraud line said there are two ways this can happen, either someone on the...

The hotel is a little gem!!! Loved it:) the room was very well decorated and clean, everything worked. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The area during the day look a bit sketchy but at night it comes to life with music and people. There are some VERY cool restaurants and bars all around!

My wife and just spent four nights at this very lovely hotel set in the midst of the bohemian Getsemani district of Cartagena. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Laura and offered two wonderful coconut lemonades as she spent over 20 minutes with us highlighting attractions on a map. Shortly after this I had the horrific realization that I...

Loved the courtyard area, the room was very attractive and comfortable and daily service excellent. Staff were pleasant and courteous and helpful. The roof top pool area was a nice place to relax with a book.

I think this hotel, which really is more of a bed and breakfast, is too expensive relative to the services offered. We met 4 staff members who were all very nice. Breakfast was similar each time, not a lot of variety and the wifi was horrible. The grounds were small but very pretty. Room kept clean and nice.

Incredible service!!! Extremely friendly staff, great breakfast (personally served, not a buffet), amazing bed, very well located (10 minutes walk to the busy center of Cartagena). Highly recommended! Price is not the best, but I think it is worthy it!

We stayed four nights at Santa Ana. The rooms are OK and the is a tiny pool area. At breakfast there are not many options to chose from. I would not call it a hotel, I would say it's a Bed and Breakfast. However, we were really dissatisfied with the costumer service. There were only two people who could, sort...

Casa Santa Ana is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Getsemani. All the staff was just lovely and we felt like we were coming to home every night. They did our laundry for a great rate and even sewed a pair of shorts of mine that had ripped. The free breakfast was perfect and they added little bits such...

We loved our stay here so much!!!! The service and people were absolutely wonderful. We stayed in several different places during our stay in Cartagena and would definitely say this place stood out among the others. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We traveled in from NYC for our honeymoon and sweet Maria picked us up from the...

Great ambiance and decor. Staff are delightful and helpful. Greeted with a wonderful coconut orange blended drink upon checkin. Breakfast is delicious. What a view from the pool, although the pool is unremarkable. Neighborhood is spectacular.

“Apparently the room at the front of the guest house is huge with a lounge area - my friend was invited to see it by one of the guests and couldn't get over it! However, I was very happy with our room - we were on the first floor directly at the back of the guest house if your back is to the front door. I've uploaded photos. NB: the hotel was not signed posted Casa Ana when we arrived - luckily our taxi driver knew it. Probably this is temporary but I have also uploaded a photo of it from the outside.”
