This place was a gem. Wonderful service and wonderful neighborhood full of life and the vibrancy of Cartagena. There is a small tight knit staff that is there for anything you need. I actually lost my ATM card but the staff was able to help me retrieve it and I could not believe that that happened! Also the hotel staff...

I stayed here for a week. The entire staff was very helpful and catered to our every need. Maria Jose made sure we were always satisfied. It is also walking distance to everything. I 100% recommend this place and I would stay here again!

Loved this hotel in the very cool neighborhood of Getsemani. The staff was so helpful in setting up a day trip to Isla Del Rosario and a transfer to Tayrona National Park. The hotel is small but beautiful. The rooms are really nice and they have A/C which is necessary in scorching Cartagena. The location is wonderful, 10 minutes from...

Didn't spend much time in the Hotel, but was well accomodated. Breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful with searching things to do in CTG. Close to the airport. Overall, I would come back to this hotel if I return to CTG.

Our stay in Cartagena was very pleasant also because of the place we chose to spend 4 nights in the city. Staff was particularly helpful and kind with us, giving good hints about the many attractions. The hotel is very cosy and is located in Getsemani, a neighborhood full of bars, cafes and great restaurants.

We had a great stay at Casa Santa Ana a few weeks back. It was a nice to be able to stay in an area of Cartagena that was more of a neighborhood and less touristy. We found it a great location to be able to walk to the busy El Centro/walled city and even to walk over to the...

I can not reccomend this hotel highly enough. It is well maintained and tranquil. The service is top notch, even though I speak no Spanish and many on the staff speak no English. The location is in the thick of things just off the bustling Plaza de Trinidad but the hotel is serene place. There are many restaurants and bars...

This small hotel is in a perfect location in Getsemani which is a nice balance between local neighbourhood and touristy comforts. The lounge area is beautiful and relaxing. The service staff are excellent. The breakfast is wonderful delicious and with many options. I loved the fresh berry juice. My room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Great big bed! The...

We only used our credit card twice in Colombia, once to pay this hotel bill and once to book a flight using the hotel's computer. A few days later there were thousands of pounds-worth of fraudulent charges on our credit card, all originating in Colombia. The fraud line said there are two ways this can happen, either someone on the...

The hotel is a little gem!!! Loved it:) the room was very well decorated and clean, everything worked. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The area during the day look a bit sketchy but at night it comes to life with music and people. There are some VERY cool restaurants and bars all around!

“Apparently the room at the front of the guest house is huge with a lounge area - my friend was invited to see it by one of the guests and couldn't get over it! However, I was very happy with our room - we were on the first floor directly at the back of the guest house if your back is to the front door. I've uploaded photos. NB: the hotel was not signed posted Casa Ana when we arrived - luckily our taxi driver knew it. Probably this is temporary but I have also uploaded a photo of it from the outside.”
