My room was very clean with a modern bathroom, good sized safe and minibar. It was on the ground floor with a window looking into the inner courtyard, and people walking past all the time, so no view or daylight, but I didn’t stay here for the view! The WiFi was unreliable in my room but works best in the...

I booked this hotel after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. I have to say the hotel surpassed all my expectations. The location is great. The service was unbeatable (I later had the opportunity to stay at a 5-star hotel down the street and it was bad compared to this hotel). The front desk is extremely serviceable. The breakfast selection was...

This is a clean quiet hotel in Baca Grande in the center of a well to do area with good restaurants, botique shops near the historical city. $2.50 taxi ride to historical area. A very good breakfast eggs cooked to order and fresh fruit.

When booking the room make sure they give you an appropriate room, with window and ventilation We got a bad experience and had to cancell our stay and back home. Lucky we live not too far but have to shorten our trip.

Honestly, this is a great budget hotel. Location is nice (right across the street from waffles and crepes, and a 24h mcdonalds), just few blocks away from the beach. You can walk to walled city in about 15-20 mins or take a 5 min cab. People working there were very friendly, although the English at the front desk was not...

Hello all, got back from Cartagena last week and spent 3 nights here. Originally I wanted to stay at a Bocagrande hotel right on the beach, but as my trip got closer I couldn't really afford the extra money to spend & decided to stay here, just one block from the beach and save roughly $75 per night compared to...

A nice and simple Hotel. Staff is gentle and the hotel very clean. 1 block away from the beach and 15-20 min by walk to the city center (and 5 by taxi). I always prefer staying in the city centers, but in Bocagrande there are a lot of bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and beaches, so at the end, I loved...

This is a nice and small hotel with a very friendly and helpfull staff. Simple but good breakfast and very well located within Bocagrande. A very good option if you are not going to stay within the walled city.

I chose the Hotel San Martin in Cartagena based on reviews from others. I was concerned about the hotel's location, but it is in the heart of small business and good residential areas. It's just a block from the beach. I walked to the Centro, the old walled city, and the docks where the boats leave for the islands, many...

We loved this place: lovely staff, a decent breakfast, a cheap dinner, nice and clean rooms and a very nice terrace for people watching. It has a very good location, close to the beach and to great restaurants. From there to the walled city would cost you only 6.000 COP and take 5-10 minutes. We really appreciated our stay at...
