We have been there for 2 days with my families.. The concierge look bored and use his phone during a talk... I know this is the chines culture but the price is not chines... About the room : the size is ok but unfortunatly noisy due to a bulding underconstruction just near (thanks for the nice view...) So i didn't...

The hotel is right next door to the Crown Plaza. The beds were hard (as usual), there was a safe & a fridge and a good sized bath. HBO & CNN were available on the TV. The breakfast had a great selection of Chinese food, not quite as good western selection. There is a handy little shop next door for...

Hotel located centrally and within walking distance of shops and eateries. They clean the rooms everyday, changing the linen and towels daily. Service is also good and friendly. The only setback is the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room even though it is designated non-smoking.

Recently stayed for one night in the West Wing as part of a Wendy Wu tour. Overall we stayed at 4 hotels on the tour and this was the smallest. Relatively good central location with a real Chinese, rather than a western, feel. The bedroom was OK for a night. Nothing special but nothing that was really bad. The bed...

We stayed at the 'West Wing' of this hotel as part of a Wendy Wu tour and while many of the hotels on the tour were not great, this was the worst. The rooms were small and reeked of smoke and there was mould in the bathrooms. |The breakfast was also pitiful - no fruit juice, no cold milk, no...

Good location, right in the middle of the Downtown. The hotel itself has free wifi, including the rooms. The bed is Chinese style but actually quite good for getting a good sleep. The bathroom is pretty basic and the breakfast wasnt great. But overall fine as part of the Wendy Wu tour.

We really liked this hotel (main building) as it was next to a fantastic food arcade and shopping and low rise! Liked Chengdu. Really enjoyed pur time with the Pandas as well as Jinli Street and Wuhou Temple and the Leshan Buddha which is amazing.

Never a problem at this hotel which I've stayed at many times. I don't understand some of the reviews talking about cigarette smells - just ask them to spray the room! if there are any technical issues (fridge, shower, toilet), they are always rectified immediately. For the money us foreigners pay, I think we should stop complaining - you wouldn't...

We were booked in the West Wing as part of a Wendy Wu tour. We were told there were no double rooms available, only twin beds. Went to the room which was very small and had a tiny shower room. As we were told there were no rooms in the entire hotel we asked the rep about changing to the...

The room was comfortable although the bed was very hard (in line with most Chinese hotel beds), the facilities in the room were good including a room safe. The room was non smoking but quite clearly had previously had smoking persons in there as it smelled of stale smoke and was musty. As we were only there for one night...
