This hotel has a new manager/owner. It's now called Baiyi. That doesn't seem to make a difference so far. I've stayed here several times over the last few years, and the rooms are tired. They need a makeover top to bottom. (Do carpets ever get cleaned in China?) The low price is a plus compared to the few decent lodgings...

Stayed 3 days in this hotel and it wasn't a 4 star hotel that's for sure. The staff almost didn't spoke any English, but that's pretty common for Chinese Hotels outside Shanghai and probably also Beijing. The room was pretty big but very standard and minimalistic. The tile floor going into the bathroom was freezing and the carpet in the...
