Just stayed 1 night, room was clean, breakfast ok, doors and Chinese neighbors very loud. So take ear plugs with you . I've been lucky with the elevators so far. Shopping mall next door to supply yourself for the evening. Not the worst hotel I experienced

Like many other reviewers, I had similar complaints in regards to the conditions of the room and the overall experience of staying here. My family and I stayed only 1 night (thank goodness) at this hotel as part of a packaged tour of China. I was prepared ahead of time by reviews of the non-functional AC. Unfortunately, that didn't do...

This was a Howard Johnson until March 2015. It's now a Vienna Hotel and what a change!. It seems like the new administration is cutting corners as fast as they can. Poorly maintained and with less services. They don't open the restaurant anymore, only a buffet breakfast, mostly Chinese and of medium quality. The food varies from day to day,...

just about average experience. Rooms are adequate and comfortable but it was not a 5 star experience. Breakfast area was busy and sometimes challenging to find a table. Breakfast was reasonable. Lobby was ugly, areas around elevator in each floor were ugly with some kind of black colour tarp kind of tiles. Not too appealing.

Unfortunately we were not at all impresssed with this hotel. It was not well maintained and could do with a refurb. The corridors reeked of smoke (even on what was supposedly a smoke free floor). As other reviews have pointed out, the AC was practically useless. The staff were not particularly friendly nor helpful. There was no facility to charge...

We stayed here for one night on an SNA tour.Of all of the hotels we stayed in in China this was our least favourite. We had dinner at the restaurant and at just $29AU for all you can eat and drink from the buffet it seemed like great value, but the food was barely edible. The breakfast was much better.Rooms are ok,and...

The rooms and lobby are pleasantly appointed. The carpets are clean and the bathroom modern. To conserve energy the hotels rooms will not cool beneath 26C. Same issue with the large well appointed fitness center. The AC issue is OK if you know about it when you book, we were not impressed and rate this 3 out of 5. We...

Beautiful hotel great location. But the rooms were very hot. Could not adjust the cooler so sleeping was quite hard is a hit and stuffy room. A shame because the hotel itself was lovely. Surrounded Ning facilities were good as well. Staff were friendly and attentive.

This hotel is a little tired. Travelled here with a group on 14day China tour. After other hotels it is a let down. No complaints about room however breakfast & dinner available is poor. Cutlery not clean & staff are slow & not well trained. Wifi in room is erratic. Shopping centre outside- but don't expect good quality & known...
