What an incredible executive lounge experience, thanks to the awesome team led by Candy/Coral/Esther/Suby/Nana/Lisa, definitely one of the best exec lounge I’ve visited (being as a Platinum member I’ve been to a lot). They made the whole experience at home to me, going above and beyond of what’s normally expected, really shoutout to their incredible customer centric spirit. I’d recommend anyone who plan to visit Shenzhen/Nanshan area to stay at Sheraton Nanshan.

I love the interior of our minimalist room. The bed, the bathtub, toilet, sink and everything in the room. Thanks for the birthday cake and towel cake set up. Loved it! The indoor swimming pool is big and clean. We love the executive lounge and the view at 23/F. The buffet breakfast is amazing.

Came to the Sheraton near university area in ShenZhen, China. A relatively new hotel, staffs were wonderful, Nana and Hyaena worked in the Executive Lounge were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I was planning to have a staycation in Shenzhen due to the COVID situation and glad my final decision is Sheraton Nanshan. The design is stunningly modernized and fabulous, which is totally different from other Sheraton hotels in China. The people at the executive lounge are amazing, Candy, Nana, Lucy and Evelyn. The services are so delicate and makes me feel like staying at home. Very looking forward to the next time back to here. :)

It was such a pleasant surprise to stay in Shen Zhen Sheraton Nan Shan hotel this weekend. The room is spacious, and the interior design is quite modern; the breakfast hall is huge with many varieties. Many thanks to Cleo, Coral, Candy and Nana who provided excellent service in the executive lounge, which is decorated with high ceiling and tall bookshelf. Will definitely visit here again.
