It was my first time back into mainland China after the pandemic. Although it is quarantine free to enter the mainland it is still not very straightforward to enter China. I had the pleasure to meet two specific staff members within the Guest Services and Club Lounge that I would label as providing service beyond my expectations. They were extremely helpful in the entry and exit requirements between Hong Kong and Mainland China. In summary, very good and quality hotel and very helpful staff who are trying to make your stay enjoyable. And the Club Lounge is magnificent.
Each and every time I stay at the Ritz-Carleton, Shenzhen, I am impressed by the attention to detail, from check-in to check-out. Warmly welcomed by Serina, I was shown my room which was comfortable with a great view of the downtown skyline. Serina went out of her way to make my stay accommodating upon arrival, and over the course of the three days/two nights, I was constantly reminded why I continue to visit the Ritz. The food and beverage, the professionalism and courtesy, and the cleanliness and comfort all went to make my stay enjoyable and relaxing. I look forward to my next visit, and likewise, would recommend the Ritz-Carleton, Shenzhen to anyone looking for an oasis in the middle of the city...
The Ritz Carlton Shenzhen is fantastic in so many ways: Cozy environment, spacious rooms and great room service. The staff is very kind and friendly with beautiful smiles. The restaurant has a variety of delicious delicacies prepraed by amazing chefs, particularly Chef Dipak. Thank you so much to Shannon, Joy, Nina, Charlene and Mr.Martin for wonderful surprises, dining and staycation experience. We really appreciate your effort. Everything has been superb and delightful.
We had a wonderful birthday and thanksgiving celebrations in Ritz Carlton Shenzhen together with our family and friends. They have wonderful and superb staffs. The Chefs and managers are walking around, greeting the guest and were making sure they are well served . The place is elegant yet cozy and warm. The food is absolutely delicious and lots of choices. We really like the personal serving of some dishes that were well arranged and served. All in all we are very satisfied to this restaurant and hotel. Thanks to Ms. Shannon for recommending this place.
We have stayed a few times at the Ritz Carlton Shenzhen since 2016 and always enjoyed the service from to club lounge to the house keeping. Just had a stay there again last week and it was still exceptional.
A very cozy and luxury hotel. The staffs are also very friendly. I hurt my leg in the swimming pool, my fault of course, and Anna very nicely helped me, cleaning the wound and finding a bandage for me. Definitely would like to visit this hotel again.
I will always stay here in every subsequent visit to Shenzhen. Everything has been superb; check-in was smooth and pleasant, housekeeping was very kind to me when I requested extra shampoo and tea, fitness staff was helpful, and I’m very happy and delightfully surprised to see my dear friend Chef Lollo working here now in the Italian restaurant. The restaurant team is very smooth and I appreciate their professionalism. The food is also really delicious. Don’t skip the tiramisu.
I am very grateful to Peter Wu for finding a charger for my Iwatch from outside, which was delivered to my room with the greeting card. And to be honest, on that day I checked all nearby stores around and was not able to find it myself, so I was extremely touched by the outstanding service, thank you, Peter! My stay at the Ritz Carlton Shenzhen was very pleasant, great location with lots of restaurants and shopping mall nearby, I enjoyed the outdoor pool which is beautiful, and the breakfast buffet has a good choice and standard. Needless to say, would be very happy to come back))
What an amazing breakfast being served with Psyche and Fairy, with their Freshly welcoming smile you definitely will have a great DAY🥰. And dont forget the outdoor pool with its amazing views. Highly recommended
I have being stayed this Ritz uncountable times in so many years for business purposes, coming and going with no issues. Stable team means I know some of their staffs , so vice versa. when I check in this time, the front desk asked me shown 3 QR green codes( of course due to COVID-19), I did so, and I have all codes green. The hotel still refuse me staying unless I have NAT done! The operation manager said it is local administrative staff orally requested the hotel doing so. Just a day before I was in Shenzhen Andaz, and I checked in later in Shenzhen grand Hyatt where allow me stay in with 2 QR codes only. The point is in the same city, other hotels accept guests aligned with government guidelines (showing 2 RQ green code), the Ritz is following the local administrative policies without formal notification. Do the top management work properly to reduce troublesome for people? If Ritz want do the oral order from local administrative office, why they don’t tell us in advance? When I ask the Ritz call me later for making a formal complaint, they only let the operation manager repeated the fact is they got the oral notification and they have to refuse the guest unless offering a NAT certificate…. My misfortune is my flight was landed in a city has disease even that is diverted landing without off the plane. Till now, after a week past, no apologies and explain from the RD or MD, maybe they think it was not their fault, they cannot control the situation….. then congratulations! If the hotel management can ignore an ambassador guest, I can imagine what and how they work on other services. I’d like to thanks for the operation manager called me and even his answer was not what I expected, I guess his manger just don’t want listen. Since I have stayed in this property so many times, I still wish them the best!…
