I've been there in a business trip for 5 days. I do not tried the restaurant but the breakfast was a perfect continental type. Reception is professional even if not all the staff was able to speak well in English but it can be pretended in the Magellan region. The room : very good, large and cleaned. Cleaner-ladies very discrete...

We stayed there for a night after our trip to the Antarctica. It was a nice hotel in a good location. In front of the hotel, it was the ocean and a square with beautiful statues. Within walking distance, there was the main street where you could find all the biggest shops the town could have. The food in restaurant...

Large generic hotel that has a good location along the water, clean rooms and decent wifi. Sleep quality was good and included breakfast was adequate. Not for those looking for local charm or fine dining.

My wife and I stayed on two different nights when we were on our way to and from the Torres del Paine area. The location is really good if you want to be near the center of the city's Plaza with it's restaurants, businesses, and museums. It is a very short walk to most of it all. The larger shopping...

When we checked in, I thought it was a good sign that all the airline pilots and flight attendants were staying here. But once we had the full experience, it only made me feel sorry for them. The rooms were sad and dumpy, and bath towels were thin and ragged. In the dining room, where the dinner was atrocious, there...

Stay there 3 days between travel to antarctica for fieldwork. Very good hotel with nice amenities. Breakfast buffet with very good choices. People at reception very unfriendly and really not polite. In the two periods I stayed there always try to get 20 USD above the price. When I try to explain that the price wasn't right they look at...

This is the most comfortable hotel we stayed in for our Patagonia adventure. It is on the Costanera with the Straights just across the street. Although it is away from the middle of downtown, everything is very walkable. We didn't use taxis at all. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful, except for one...

Nice and clean hotel on the water front about 13 miles from Punta Arenas airport. Hotel has a nice heated pool, nice restaurant and wifi. Eventhough wifi works best in the lobby. Can be spotty in the room. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

The reservation staff put me on hold multiple times for over 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. They hung up on me multiple times and refused to answer my call. They didn't have anyone who could speak English and were frustrated by our difficulty in communicating, so they hung up instead of helping me confirm a reservation.
