Hotel has some pros and cons. Pros: good location (short walk to the main square), nice people working, good simple breakfast. Cons: little bit old, not so clean (dirty sheets and a lot of hairs in the bathroom - toilet, sink and bathtub) It is OK for 1 night.

on looking from the outside I wondered what on earth G adventures had brought me too but looks are deceiving . inside it was nicely laid out quite homely . rooms were average though and mine was upstairs away from the others which unfortunately was very very cold. cold enough for me to sleep in my clothes and I had... A fifteen minute walk from the city centre. The hotel is average for a one night stay. It is an old structure (very art deco from the outside) but the rooms are clean and ok. Breakfast was average. Free WiFi all over.

Stayed here with G adventures for 1 night. Initially I thought "what kind of a place is this" looking at it from the outside as the building looks old and sad. Inside was surprisingly nice then. The little lobby areas are cute with couches to sit on. It feels homely and is much nicer than I had thought from the... More

S53°09.639' W70°54.879' just above Avenue España, a few blocks away from the central squire of Punta Arenas, this odd combination of several buildings used the name hostel. What is in a name, but it resembled more a DIY-hotel. Room 102 in January 2015 on the ground level was part of the building behind the front building, with a view on... More

The hotel is quite a way from the bus station. You need a taxi to go up and down. It looks life a large house that has been converted into an hotel. It is clean and the room was quite large with twin beds but the inside noise was just too much. There was a German tour that needed to... More

Our room was located behind the front desk in an area that seemed like an addition to the original hotel. We didn't have any windows so the room was pretty stuffy. It was clean enough but pretty loud as we could here pretty much everything that was going on in the hotel. Only stayed here for one night so it... More

Introduced by an unpleasant lady who took us to our room and didn't say even hi! Had to quickly change rooms because our door was broken. We changed room to one with a broken bed and I slept all night on a slant. The breakfast was acceptable but very small portions and little to choose from. The breakfast room however... More

A bit of a walk from the bus station, but quite possible for us seniors. We came to a very nice reception area and a friendly receptionist. Nearby is a lovely, bright living room for guests to use with the dining area nearby. Our room was nice and bright, overlooked the town and the Magellan Strait. The bathroom was sparkling... More

More a Spanish type Hostal than a hostel. Spacious rooms that were too well heated and windows that rattled a bit in unrelenting gale force winds. The public rooms had a real thirties feel to them and the curved staircase swept past full length windows to the first floor. Standard breakfast with fresh fruit and yoghurt. Close to the centre...
