We stayed here for three nights on our trip to Patagonia. Received good service from the reception. Room was adequate, the bathroom is on the snug side. The tub needs a non-slip mat for safety as it was on the slippery side. Location was decent, within a 10-minute walk to restaurants and the central plaza. Breakfast was adequate.

This is not a fancy hotel. It's a very nice, clean, friendly hotel with a nice spot for breakfast. I was really surprised at how large the rooms were. I would absolutely stay here again. Watch out for the wind in Punta Arenas - they are not kidding when they warn you.

We arrived late and were put in the overflow room in the lobby. After a long day of travel unable to sleep with lobby noise, people talking. Beds were lumpy and room was tiny. We stayed threre again after our Torres de Paine trip and had a better room, but still noisy at night. My husband was sick next day...

We stayed here for a total of 3 nights and everthing was great. The rooms were clean and tidy, with modern bathrooms, and the breakfast was more than enough too, with a range of hot options. It was walking distance to many restaurants (we had a great time at La Luna!) and had a good wifi signal. Would definitely stay...

Nice, clean, small hotel in a quite neighborhood about a 10 min from down town. Good breakfast choices ina large dining room which also is a comfortable place to just hang out. Avoid the first floor rooms behind the reception, they were noisy depending on the activity at the reception. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here on two separate nights on the way to and coming from Torres del Paine. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they gave us suggestions on places to go nearby. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but it was pretty good. My only complaint about this hotel is that...

Not only was this hotel a bit further from where you would want to be, it was dirty and run poorly. Further, the room was small, loud, and there was absolutely no water pressure. Breakfast was ok, and the gentleman who checked me out was very nice. Otherwise, I referred to it as the Crapo Manzano and will never return.

Carpa Manzano is a small hotel very well located in Punta Arenas, at a short walking distance from the city center (The Plaza and the Magellan museum). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and served in a large open room. The staff helps whenever necessary and speaks quite a good English. In fewer words: a good choice when...

We stayed here two nights before our active adventure South America trip and two nights post trip. Our first two nights our room was very small. Breakfast featured cooked scrambled eggs as well as your standard fare. On our return trip we had a larger more comfortable room. It wasn't difficult to notice the dust and hair under the bathroom...
