The neighborhood is quiet. My room not so much as weird sounds of water flowing happened at random times. Bed fairly comfortable. The wifi did work well. TV also worked well. Room is clean and the gentleman working the front desk was friendly.

Only the superior room was available, so I got good rest with little noise in the hotel. I think the regular rooms are closer to the front desk. Room was comfortable, clean bathroom. I stayed seven nights separated by five nights. Only one bathroom had a security bar in the shower. No anti-slip mat was available in the shower. Wi-Fi...

I cannot say much about the location as I only stayed for one night. However, the rooms are just terrible... I could live with the fact that my room was very small but it was also dirty. I don't think that anyone cleaned here after the previous guest. There was also hair everywhere in the bathroom and the room itself...

The hotel is not in the real citycenter but in the quier area which is very close to the center. Nothing amazing (or bad) to tell about the place. Was just random. Breakfast was a buffet, internet was working.

The service Carla Manzanita was beyond exceptional. The two working the front desk were incredibly helpful. We liked it so much we wanted to extend our stay but they were all booked. In its own was the best testament you can get. People want to stay there.

The hotel offers free parking. This consists of on street parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is fairly basic and very clean. There are no elevators and we had to carry up a couple of flights of stairs. The room was large for two single beds. The safe did not work. The free breakfast was in a pleasant...

Arrived in the early hours and left the following morning before breakfast. My room had 3 beds and little else apart from bedside tables and a small desk. No refrigerator. The curtains could do with a launder, the net was grey and whiffs. The bathroom was small but clean. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience. There was no chiller for...

We only stopped here for one night before heading home after doing the W Trek at Torres Del Paine. This place was warm, the room was clean and spacious, & (most importantly) the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly enough & the breakfast was adequate. Just be aware that you'll have to lug your suitcase up/down...

We stayed here for three nights on our trip to Patagonia. Received good service from the reception. Room was adequate, the bathroom is on the snug side. The tub needs a non-slip mat for safety as it was on the slippery side. Location was decent, within a 10-minute walk to restaurants and the central plaza. Breakfast was adequate.

This is not a fancy hotel. It's a very nice, clean, friendly hotel with a nice spot for breakfast. I was really surprised at how large the rooms were. I would absolutely stay here again. Watch out for the wind in Punta Arenas - they are not kidding when they warn you.
