The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, especially when you consider the low cost. Fast wifi internet is complimentary, the shower is powerful and hot. If you are a traveler like me who doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a great night's sleep, look no further!

Absolutely fantastic! Basic but all that is required and for the price it was more then expected! Clean room, clean bathroom and good heating.. The rooms can get a little dank but that's what happens when it is ice cold outside and the heater is running!! Breakfast is great with white/brown bread, a selection of meats/cheese/fruit/cereal and yogurt. Staff are...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Clean and big room. Bed was really comfortable. Very friendly staff who gave us a lot of great advice for things to do on a snowy day. We checked out in the middle of the night to get to the airport. They made a package with breakfast for us. I would definitely...

We stayed there for 4 nights and were really happy with everything. First of all it is beyond me how you can rate it 3/5 because "it is simple accommodation" when you pay 25000 pesos per night... The place is spotless, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, there is a great bathroom in every room and even...

i booked this joint due to the Tripadvisor reviews, which were pretty spot on, on the HostelWorld.com web-site (referred by Tripadvisor). i wanted a single, but HW web-site only allowed me to book a double. when i checked-in, reception said i can stay in a single, rack rates CLP 30K. saved a bit. Arriving at PA airport, there are 20-seater...

I stayed at the Hotel Patagonia for one night as part of a tour. We arrived late in the evening, after a long and dusty bus ride from Torres del Paine National Park. The hotel is at a 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station, but keep in mind that some streets are a bit steep. The check in for...

This is a great Hostel. I booked a double room just for myself as I needed the sleep flying in from London & leaving for Antarctica the following day. The room was large & comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and modern. Very warm - heating definitely works. Lots for breakfast. Nice area for breakfast & chillout area. Set back from a...

Reasonable hotel (do agree with other reviewers that it's more of a hostel idea). Very warm and helpful staff, which not only gave us good tips how to go to the Penguin island (must do), but also allowed us to use the hotel washing machine to do our own laundry (other laundries were closed already). The rooms, at least the...

I stayed in a private room with ensuite and it was really good, the room was clean and the bathroom a high standard. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit salad, yogurt and cereal, breads and cold meats and cheeses! The staff were helpful though didnt speak much english. I would definately stay there again, its reasonably close to the main...

While everything had a nice appearance and the staff was super friendly, this is really a hostel type of environment versus a hotel or B&B environment. Saying that though, the rooms were spacious for what we've experienced in Chile and the beds were comfortable. The off-street location kept outside noise levels down. Things that brought the rating down though are:...

“2nd floor is best. since away from reception, and with the flimsy floors i guess downstairs rooms can hear evey footstep from above. One room on 2/F is next to the brekkie area, so if you want to sleep past 8:15am don't choose this one”
