I stayed in this hostel with 3 friends. The first one found tissues under her bedsheets, the second one found unspecified dirt on her sheets and when i lifted my sheets i found several long black hairs . The only nice thing is that the girl who was working there was helpful. But the beds are aweful!

Muchas gracias! El secreto ;) I came from NZ and had a wonderful night here. Very accommodating; amazing hosts. I highly recommend this accommodation in Punta Arenas, Chile. I felt very welcome and enjoyed my stay immensely.

Firstly they dont do bed sheets-we were stuck with a really thin blanket which is not enough for Punta Arenas even in summer. Also there was never any toilet paper ever. Then we came home one night...
