We booked a double room with private bathroom. The room is rather small including the double bed, a cabinet with a TV on top which left little place around the bed. The room and bathroom were clean. Towels are provided for free. We got hot shower all the time. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking... More

Very small, but cozy hostel, the owner is very helpful, this pleace is good for couples or for people that like silence and quiet places. it is located right behind the cementery. The rooms have tv, the place is clean.

We stayed for 1 night, arriving late from a plane (be sure to clearly tell the taxi it's on the pasaje... We spent a while touring the similarly named main road). Betty was really friendly and understanding of our early morning plans, leaving out an early breakfast and calling us a taxi. No English spoken, but our broken Spanish and... More

We stayed one night in a room with private bathroom. We were lucky enough to get a big room and a double bed. The room was clean and bathroom tiny but clean. Breakfast was standard, toast with jam and butter and the location was a bit off center, but perfectly acceptable for the price. Betty was very kind and helpful.... More

We stayed there for two nights. The room was tiny, but comfy and clean. The shower needs to be fixed, as it does not provide a proper coverage. Breakfast was adequate. Betty provided directions and called us a taxi. Prices in punta Arenas are high. This is cheap.

Betty is the master of Google Translate application so don't expect any language barriers. We stayed for two nights and betty was helped us in everything we needed. Pros: Betty, clean place, good money value. Cons: about 15 minutes from center, basic breakfast, WiFi crashes occasionally.

The Hospedaje Betty is located 5/10 minutes walk from 'downtown'. The rooms have the minimal comfort but that's what you get for such a cheap price. Betty was extremely helpful and charming. You truly feel at home and are very well taken care of. We booked a private double room which rather resembled a bungalow, I really liked it but... More

Of all the places we stayed in in Chile this was the least attractive. Admittedly the lowest priced, but just as well!! The place is small, very small, the shower is just about adequate, the food is ok. One is really sharing the house with the family. Betty (if that is who she was) is nice and helpful.

Friendly owners, run by a family, mostly Betty. Small compact room (double private) not much room for storage, can't comment on dorm rooms. Bathrooms and hostel generally very clean. No common area to meet other guests except for small breakfast area. Close to town centre and port. Good value for budget accommodation.

We four, two adult couples, stayed twice at Betty's enroute to and from Torres del Paine. A basic, quiet, clean, warm and comfy spot a bit off the plaza areas, it secure and closer to the water. Betty speaks little English, as does her aunt Edis who helps out, but we were able to get all the help and coordination... More
