We spent 3 nights there, off season, while the place was mostly empty. The location is great, near the lake and shops. The room was beautiful but a bit small. Even the dorm rooms looked good. The rooms facing the street are somewhat noisy. There is a fireplace downstairs - charming. Wifi works only on small parts of the hotel...

My wife and I spent 3 nights in the Amerindia hostel during our stay in Puerto Natales and we truly loved it. Upon arrival we immediately enjoyed the cosy entrance hall and sitting area with attached cafe. The woodfire was buening and it was very tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and wooden floor and local art and artefacts. We had...

We were a group of 13 trekkers who stayed at Ameriindia after completing the Paine Circuit. We managed to negotiate a pretty good rate, as much as 40% less than the stated price due to the fact we were staying for three nights and took over the entire second wing. Unsure of what they will settle for if not a...

Located in a typical Patagonia style house close to the lake and to downtown, this family hostal is warm and welcoming. As you enter, you notice the wonderful smell. They burn wood found in the area and it smells a little like incense. The place is tastefully decorated in a rustic way and makes you feel like sitting down and...

With my family I made a trip to Patagonia/Puerto Natales and we stayed in the Amerindia hostel in Puerto Natales. It's located just a few blocks from the city's centre and one block from the lake side. As the name of the hostel indicates, an effort has been made by the owners to give the hostel a bit of a...

The rooms are clean and well decorated. The entire place has a very cozy feel. The staff were amazingly helpful with making bus arrangements, suggesting trip ideas and general questions. Our room was very comfortable and although there was no TV, we were so tired after our day trips to the National Park, we didn't miss it. They set out...

Adorable and cozy hostal in Puerto Natales with wonderful staff! Great breakfasts too and I just loved their common areas. They'd light a fire in the wood ovens at night and the smell was wonderful....They can oganize all excursions for you as well. Highly recommended!

The rooms are small but for the price they are great. The bed was comfortable and the showers were awesome. The owners were very helpful and told us about the local restaurants. Overall, great experience.
