The hotel is quite different, the construction is under and it has a beautiful view. The rooms are clean, simple with a touch of quaint native decoration. The service is ok, we arrived like 2 am and they allow us to check in the next morning. The breakfast is simple, bread, coffee and some pastries. Nothing spectacular. But in general...

Oh, I loved this place, I did, I did. It is beautifully designed, and feels very high end. Every room with a view. Nicely integrated into the landscape. A good view. Inventive and modern furnishings. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious. We even took advantage of the jacuzzi... getting partly boiled in an outside area...

Very nice modern hotel built into the hillside along the Ultima Esperanza Gulf. I only spent one night here but would have gladly spent more. After staying first at the Antiplanico San Pedro, this 22 room hotel was a huge delight! Every thing was better - the rooms, the food (much better), and the staff.

Really one of my very favorite hotels I have stayed in. The design and view are both amazing. I could have spent most of the trip just looking out the window. The staff, especially Daniela, are fantastic and went well out of their way to help us. The hotel is a short drive (<5 mins) from the main area of...

The hotel is built into a hillside, with sod roof and skylights, so every room has a fantastic view. Rooms are simple but very comfortable, with excellent showers, heated bathroom floors, nice large towels etc. An added advantage is that the rooms are very quiet--even though the hotel was fully booked, we were never bothered by noise. Definitely recommend reserving...

A bit out of town--for the better since it affords nice views--this hotel is pleasant and worth patronizing for its effort to blend with the hillside environment. Excellent, creative food with local roots and welcoming staff round up a nice package

This was the second hotel we stayed at in Puerto Natales and we really liked it. It is a ways out of town on the way to Paine del Torre, so a car would most likely be needed. From the road it has an odd appearance, but the inside is strikingly decorated. Some previous reviewers have complained about the starkness...

The hotel that makes you feel like home! very friendly staffs and the View from the room is stunning! You can walk from the hotel to see closer view easily. Moreover, The hotel decoration is very ethnic and you can feel the culture from the deep south.

After a waterski tournament in Santiago a group of friends and I organized a visit to Patagonia staying at this little hotel in Puerto Natales, a small coastal city about 250 km north of Punta Arenas, the largest city in the region and the only place you can fly in. Puerto Natales was home to the sheep and beef meat...

We stayed here twice, each for a night before and after Torres Del Paine. This was fantastic, especially for only £90 a night for a triple room. The design is eco-friendly and quite cool, and the decor and art is unique as well. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, were pleasant with great views of the Ultima Esperanza(good sunsets and sunrise),...
