Stayed here 3 nights in a twin room with private bath. Of the rooms with private bath, the twin room is the least nice. It is ok, small, clean and the beds confortable but the 2 rooms in the front of the house (a double and the triple room) are far nicer decor wise. There is another double room that...

This place came highly recommended by quite a few sites and guide books. like everywhere in Natales, it is expensive compared to other bits of Chile. Despite the place being very tidy and well kept, the rooms were very small; they'd obviously managed to squeeze in as many as possible. One of the main reasons we picked this place was...

Casa Cecilia is great choice offering excellent value. The rooms are comfortable, good shower, strong wifi signal (not always the case in a lot of hotels in Patagonia). Werner did everything he could to help organize trips and find equipment. My only caveat is that you really should spend as little time as possible in Puerto Natales and get to...

We stayed at Casa Cecilia for 2 nights while in Puerto Natales. It is very clean, the showers are great and hot and the breakfast is really good but the bed left a lot to be desired! My husband and I stayed in room 15 ( I think) and our only real issue was the bed. It was really small...

Not only is this hotel a great value, but the staff know everything about activities in the surrounding area. Werner setup a 7 day custom itinerary for us in Torres del Paine at the same price we would have gotten if we had done it on our own. I had been trying to get a trip organized but due to...

The room was warm, cosy and quiet. Nice lounge, one internet terminal, just a good feeling to the place. The staff were great - friendly, and went out their way to make my stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Overall, this hotel is a good value (we paid $50USD for a private 2 twin bed room with private bath). Rooms are very clean, showers are hot and breakfast isn't bad. My one main issue with the hotel was the fact that it was hard to make a reservation. Cecilia asked me to fill out a form with all of...

The town is small, and the Hotels are expensive. This is a great value for the area. Staff is very helpful in arranging tours and equipment. It is kind of between a bed & breakfast and a hostel. Breakfast is basic but good.

I am writing to recommend Casa Cecilia to any traveller. The hostel is run by a couple that just loves their job. They were both very helpful and friendly. I had torn my trousers really badly in Torres del Paine; the landlady’s help was invaluable, as she rescued me with a pair of her husband’s ski trousers. The breakfast is...

Comfortable, clean and good service My husband and I stayed in Casa Cecilia for just one night before heading off to Torres del Paine, I contacted Casa Cecilia two months before our arrival to secure a reservation and to ask them to please help us arrange our hiking to trip to Torres del Paine. Communicating with them via email was...
