Breakfast – quite a lot to choose from: yoghurt, bread, milk, ham, cheese, jam, cocoa, tea/coffee, fruit. Excellent location. The main square just around the corner. The owner lady very helpful in organising the trips and giving information (though not 100% accurate). Beds comfortable, room clean. Our family room was very tiny. Consisted practically of 4 beds and a very...

Room was a little old without window to the outside. Shared bathroom was clean but you could not throw toilet paper into the toilet. Having breakfast was nice. Paid 47€ which is cheap but we would not go there again.

Very clean, well kept and in good repair. Very friendly and competent owner - will help you with all your tourism needs. The interior covered court/living space/loby a good place to meet friends and family in the cold austral weather.

We found Casa Cecilia with great relief after a long bus ride and a hot afternoon in Puerto Montt sorting out our Navimag trip. Our room was small but sweet and the garden was beautiful - it's Cecilia's pride and joy. She helped us find what we needed to do a little bit of washing as it was a sunny...

We stayed for one night in Puerto Natales. This place is a great value for money run by a Swiss expat and his wife. It's in a good location, just off the main square and relatively close to the shore - around 5 minutes. It's a bit of a walk from the new bus-station Rodovario, but then everything in the...

Casa Cecilia was a great find. The location is a bit out of the way but still in the main town area so an easy walk to restaurants, etc. The bathrooms were some of the best we had on our trip! Brand new, hot showers, super clean rooms and very friendly staff. The only thing that I would say is...

My husband and I stayed one night on route to Torres del Paines. The owner took a map of the park, asked us one question, and then planned our entire trek. He was amazing! He was so willing to help and always tried to get us the best prices and deal whenever possible. The rooms are very clean and the...

We stayed at Casa Cecilia for 4 nights at both the beginning and end of our hike in Torres National Park. I cannot emphasise enough how homely and comfortable this hostel is. There is a very nice vibe, quiet and relaxing and Cecilia the hostel owner is lovely and willing to help with any bookings, etc. The Casa is always...

The hostel had everything we needed before and after the trip to Torres del Paine. Breakfast was good, everything is in walking distance, location is very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Only downside was, that our room did not have a window to the outside.

We stayed at Casa Cecilia for one night as it seemed a good location at a reasonable price. The location was ideal close to the lake front & also to the restaurants and shops of the main area (all within 5-10min walk). The Casa has a very homely welcoming feel with extremely helpful owners- giving advice for tours and restaurants...
