I booked a transfer from Lago Grey Hotel to El Calafate (via Puterto Natales) for $530,000 (Chilean Pesos). The transfer was booked via the Lago Grey hotel who have used this hotel's services regularly. I am very angry and dissatisfied with the level service that was provided, highlighted below: We were told we will depart at 08:00hrs from Lago Grey... More

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. the room is pretty small but the cleaning lady is very kind and it's clean and warm. Extremely hot water is plenty and great but some rooms had a problem with the cold water pressure when I stayed there (When the other rooms were using the cold water, only hot water comes... More

The location of Hotel Glaciares is a block from the sea and a short walk to the Unimarc, great restaurants and shopping. I stayed in two different rooms because I stayed on my way to and from Patagonia national park. Both times, my bed was very comfy and the rooms were very clean. They also leave little treats in your... More

I stayed two nights at the Hotel Glaciares in Puerto Natales last October as a stepping off point for the Torres Del Paine National Park. Nice little hotel and I had a nice room on the first floor at the front of the hotel. However it was adjacent to a nice lounge area which was occupied by some very loud... More

They have rooms with 4 twin beds so that's great. Clean place. Breakfast is sparse, but there. Gated parking for camper. Free wifi. They were helpful with reservations and recommendations. Price was good at 100 per night for the quad and 80 for a double.

This is a comfortable sparkling clean and friendly little hotel a block from the waterfront and 4 blocks from the centre of town. Staff are very helpful, particularly with safely storing luggage while we walked the Torres del Paine W track. And no problem dealing very well (and cheaply!) with a huge pile of laundry from the 4 of us... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. The room is quaint, but very clean and warm. The shower and bathroom were clean and there was no shortage of water pressure. This is not a luxurious accommodation by any means, but it does just fine. Great location! Breakfast is included which consists of a very simple variety of food. Ham, cheese, bread,... More

The staff is really helpful from the start in helping us book the hotel and the tours. The owner and staff are very informative and take care of the guests. Hotel is located near the pier so close to see sunset and walk /run around the area and there are many restaurants cheap/not near the hotel.
