The design is visually impressive from the outside's unique look and continuing upon entering to listening of running water along the long stairs. A single elevator near the entrance and reception will move passengers to the second floor for their breakfast service or the third floor where the swimming pool and massage service are available. There was no air conditioning...

Hotel Natalino, our base for visiting Torres del Paine National Park, is conveniently located in Puerto Natales near many excellent restaurants, shops, and the city park. It is just a little more than a mile from the Terminal Rodoviario at which we arrived and departed the city by bus. Hotel Natalino is modern, very clean and felt like a boutique...

A good hotel with really friendly, helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the beginning and end of our adventure in Torres del Paine. The hotel is well located for walking around town and serves a great breakfast.

We stayed here twice in a week so were in two different rooms. Both were clean and nice enough. The first one had blue lights in the bathroom with dark walls making it feel like a cave. They could just replace the lights to fix it. The breakfast was pretty decent and good compared to other breakfast we ate in...

A very comfortable cute little chic hotel in the middle of town. Very friendly staff who can give guidance in English. Close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and money exchange places. Very clean rooms with contemporary shower (think Seinfeld's - Kramer - bootlegged shower head episode) and breakfast included. The town itself is a quaint place with 20K+ residents...

A small modern hotel located just meters away from the central plaza. Located in downtown Puerto Natales offers an array of double and triple bedrooms. Breakfast is good with assorted fruits that's is a thoughtful touch for a place at this latitude. Pool is great to relax after hiking, walking and/or navigating around the city. Courteous service and excellent heating...

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Rooms small, bathroom dark, breakfast poor, service lousy. Expensive for the price charged! Not service oriented Manager and personnel. Unfortunately not a good experience. We stayed on a first floor room where curtains do not open and viewing an alley! Definitely should not be 4 stars and way overpriced!

I made a reservation for a room for 3 adults at Natalino hotel on Hotels.com for our upcoming trip to Puerto Natales. No problem, the room said 3 adults when we booked and so did our booking receipt. I even checked on their website, the Loft room describes a third bed, but does NOT say it's a bed only suitable...

Stayed here one night in Oct 2016. Staff was helpful, room and hotel are very nice, very modern, good wi-fi. They gave us good guidance for dinner and booked dinner reservation for us. Very good sized room. There is indoor cascading waterfall going down the stairs.
