Small hostel, friendly and flexible staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. Great breakfast (with eggs, fresh fruits, homemade whole grain bread, real coffee, etc.) Comfortable mattress. Can be a bit noisy at night (between cars, barking dogs, hikers arriving late and leaving early - thought the latter is the case for every hostel in town).

We really loved our stay at the Tin House. It's a charming little place, warm and cosy and well located. Breakfast was also great and very tasty. Staff are lovely and very friendly too. We were also able to leave our bags here for a few days when we went on the W trek, which was great!

We stayed there 1 night just before going to our 4 days trekking in the Torres del Paine. It was excellent. The double room was spacious and clean, the kitchen convenient and the breakfast very good. The staff was also friendly. There is also a free access to a computer. Also very well located in Puerto Natales, closeby to restaurants...

I would say it was one of the best places to stay while I travelled across whole Chile. Even we stayed only one night, it still gave some home feeling. It is really small, but very cozy. In the morning we needed to woke up early for our trek in Torres and it was nice to see that breakfast is...

My partner and I stayed in the Tin House Patagonia for 2 nights, 1 prior to and 1 post our trek in Torres Del Paine. The name isn't symbolic - it is quite literally a residential 3 bedroom house with tin overlaying the weatherboard. 2 bedrooms are used as double rooms and the 3rd has 2 x 2 bunk beds....

Hi, Thanks for the great review! I am really glad you liked your stay and so sorry about the not so nice housemates. I wanted to explain about the VAT - our hostel is too small to qualify for what is called "Factura de Exportacion", which is the type of receipt that you need in order to not pay the...

This hostel served as our base to Torres del Paine. It was sufficient for our needs. I got the double room because we needed a full bed for my husband who is tall. There are 2 shared bathrooms and they were clean. The kitchen is big and they do provide eggs for you to cook and coffee for breakfast. The...

My husband and I stayed here the night before we started backpacking. We stayed in a bunk room with 2 other travelers. Bedding was VERY comfortable and we were each provided with towels and a cubby to lock our items. The worker at the house was very nice and spoke English. The house was secure and had free wifi. They...
