Bill the owner is a friendly guy and a fantastic source of information on all things TdP. The talk is worth going to although actually most of the information could be gleaned elsewhere, but speaking to the staff afterwards really helped to clarify things. Hostel is clean although cramped, with a decent breakfast. Showers are not bad. Breakfast starts early...

Not sure where all the hype about this place comes from. The owner is very nice and a bit quirky, the cliental is mostly trekkers and outdoorsy people, the hostel has a cozy - mountain house vibe, and there is a bar/rental shop next door. That being said, people come here to go to TdP, not sit in a hostel,...

I stayed here all told about 5 days. It's a comfortable place to stay, very clean, hot showers, amazing staff, free coffee on all the time. Bill, the owner, is really easy to work with, is not hesitant to recommend the best thing for you, even if it means not staying with him. Great breakfast, freshly-made bread, they'll cook you...

Clean hostel, friendly and helpful staff, right next door to Base Camp. This hostel is the perfect place to plan your hike in Torres Del Paine. The staff are very knowledgable about Patagonia, gear rental etc. Next door is Base Camp: gear rental (and bar with awesome pizza).

The staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. They do an amazing job to help guest get ready for the trek and have an amazing talk held Everyday at 3pm which is a must for anyone heading to TDP. Clean and comfortable beds and showers and everything here is perfect. Probably best hostel I've stayed...

My son and I arrived in Puerto Natales on our way to the park. We planned the trip last minute and didn't have any clue what we were doing. Unfortunately I failed to realize that our first day was a Sunday, so our options were limited. Additionally, we were having trouble getting a response from our hotel in the park....

We stayed in Erratic Rock for four days after hike in Torres del Paine. We had a great time there. The hostel is clean and cozy. You have to take off your shoes when entering which allows you to walk around barefoot on clean and warm carpets. Such a great feeling after days of heavy hiking boots. The staff is...

3:30pm hike brief is nice. I also rented hiking poles which was a life saver/must for me on the W. The trails are very bad and flooded in areas and the poles were so essential. If you do anything, rent the poles. I knew in first hr I needed them.

I just stopped by this place to try to get information about Torres Del Paine and they were more than incredibly helpful. The owner went out of his way to inform me on questions I had about the park. While I stopped by I was amazed at what a friendly atmosphere the business had. It was clean and well organized....

We loved our time at Erratic Rock. The best hostel I've stayed at. Staff were awesome, friendly and very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Great location, close to the bus stop and shops. Highly recommend this hostel!
