We left this hostel earlier and switched to another hostel. Rooms are okay here, but the atmosphere is so-so. Staff seems to be bored and unfriendly. The breakfast is of very low quality; don't expect much more than toast and a bit of better. On top of all this we had to pay for leaving our luggage in a (unprotected)...

Dear Guest, We feel very sad with your words because always our passengers feel good, happy and very confortable with our hostal. Our Breakfast are prepared with homemade bread, sweet cake, natural juice, milk, eggs, cereal, quaker, machine coffee, tea, butter and homemade jam, so it is more than bread with butter. I would like to know more details about your...

This hostel was a bit under our expectations. We had a nice double roombut just next the stairs and it was really noisy late in the evening and early in the morning because of people going or coming back from the trek. Our friend had a bed in the dorm which was less spaceful and comfortable than many she had...

Well this hostel was amazing. More like a hotel in disguise!! The rooms were very comfortable, beds superb and clean, and the adjoined bathroom facilities were second to none. The staff throughout the facility were very helpful, polite and always interested in what you were doing and the activities that you had completed. Breakfast was a comprehensive continental, superb relaxed...

We stayed there after our W trek in early Nov. in 6 beds dorm 1. Staffs are so helpful to lend me phone to sort out our flight situation and gave me 2usd back the next day as she didn't have enough change when I checked in! So honest. 2. This is the first dorm bed that I have stayed...

We had a double room upstairs which had a big comfy bed, heaps of space, a big bathroom with separate toilet, good views, warm and quiet. Hotel quality. Downstairs is a good shared space for relaxing and a bar some evenings where people can come together (even with a few people there, still not rowdy and couldn't hear it from...

Here's the things I found extra special and excellent about Singing Lamb: -Free shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the showers -In our big dorm there were only two bunk beds, more than likely you will just get a nice, cosy single bed to yourself. That was so fabulous! - The breakfast is incredibly generous and varied. - The internet...

Clean and warm beds and rooms, people working at the hostel very helpful and friendly. They let me use their phone for a local phone call after losing my flight and let me stay in the living room a couple of hours after the check out while waiting for my bus to leave. And they are very well located, just...

One of the nicest and cleanest hostels we stayed in Chile. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were spotless and comfortable. The staff even make your bed every day! The breakfast was really abundant, with hostelmade bread, dulce de leche, marmalade, (scramble) eggs... We really enjoyed this hostel and stayed there several days on our way to...

Our group of 3 stayed here on the day before and after our Torres del Paine w trek. Easy walking access to the city busstop and all downtown activities was a great feature. Friendly english speaking staff who were attentive to all our needs was another. Clean comfortable rooms with reliable hot showers and wife/internet service made our visit most...

A friend and I stayed at the Singing Lamb before we did the W-Trek in Torres del Paine. Because of the weather, we ended up staying there 4 nights in total because we delayed our trek. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, helping to arrange activities and provide recommendations. The facilities were clean and quiet. We stayed in...
