I stayed here for 4 nights. The stay there was excellent! Room/bathroom were very clean. I liked the water presser in the shower there!! I also communicated their staff via e-mails quite a bit before traveling there since I had so much questions. They responded very quick and kindly each time I sent them an e-mail, which was a huge... My wife, sister-in-law and I stayed here pre- and post-trekking in Torres Del Paine in Patagonia. We chose this hostel based on the excellent reviews, and it was everything we needed. Rooms were warm and clean. Ditto with the bathrooms. Breakfast was surprisingly substantial, including eggs, toast, oatmeal, coffee, juice, etc. (MUCH better than the usual "continental breakfast" offered and... More

I stayed here with 3 other friends in the off season and was hugely impressed with the hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful, we did not have a reservation and they were able to room us all together. The beds were extraordinary comfortable, lockers are provided if you are making overnight hikes in Torres del Paine and the breakfast... More

I was very pleasantly surprised by the hostel the moment I walked in, it's not what I'd expect from a hostel, especially internationally. The entire building is modern and well maintained. For the price there isn't a better place to stay in Puerto Natales. I stayed in the 4-bunk room and the couple I was traveling with stayed in a... More

My husband and I stayed here for four days during our honeymoon in October, and of all the places we stayed on our trip through Chile and Argentina, this place was the best! We made reservations several months in advance, and the process was easy and the staff always responded quickly and thoroughly to our emails. We reserved a private... More

Staff is amazing and super knowledgeable. They will point out or help you book what ever you need. Clean, cozy, and just a few blocks from town. Spacious kitchen, laundry room, bar, great Internet. All good at the signing lamb.

We stayed at the Singing Lamb for three nights in total, split between before and after a four day excursion to the Torres del Paine national park. The hostel is well run, with a hearty breakfast provided each day inclusive in the price (porridge, eggs, toast). We booked a private double room, which was very impressive for a hostel -... More

The Singing Lamb has comfortable rooms and lots of common spaces. If you have booked a private room be aware that the doubles are upstairs with views and afternoon sunshine while the twin bedded private rooms are downstairs with small, high windows that open on to an internal corridor. All private rooms are the same price but not the same... More

I found the people at the front desk to be Un-reliable. If staying here in the future you should go out and book your tours from a actual company and NOT the hostel desk. You'll end up spending all day in bed with nothing to do because they are bad at their job.

This place is the PERFECT hostel, and I've stayed in many of them all over the world. In fact, it feels more like a B&B in a hostel theme, than anything else. Desk reception is always friendly, has TONS of information at hand, helps books day or multi-day trips, provides suggestions, maps, etc. Name it, they've got it or know... More
