A month before our stay, our host Gloria booked our bus tickets from Punta Arenas airport to Puerto Natales and we paid her for these (and her taxi fare) when we arrived. Otherwise you have to give your credit card number to the bus company for Internet bookings and we were nervous about that. We hired a car from EMSA...

I stayed here for one night both before and after visiting Torres del Paine. Both stays were excellent. The hosts were very friendly. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfast was also very good. The property was also able to sell me the bus ticket to Torres del Paine. This was a great help, as I came in...

Our arrival at this B&B was ominous. The town had completely torn up the street in front of the B&B so it was closed and we had trouble finding it. Then, the doorbell didn't seem to work, so finally we knocked and it was opened and we were welcomed in by one of the most charming hosts we had anywhere....

We stayed here en route to Torres del Pain. Our flight got into Punto Arenas early morning so we arrived at Keoken around lunchtime but there was no problem with an early check in which was really appreciated given the early start. The accommodation is comfortable and functional with a very good breakfast. The location is also excellent for both...

Everything about this place was perfect. Rodrigo was so nice, and we had quite a few interesting conversations. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the hot water worked great! We ended up doing a few day trips using Keoken as our base, and Rodrigo set everything up for us. Highly recommended!

We just spent 3 nights in Puerto Natales at the Keoken B&B. Rodrigo & Gloria are locals who are extremely knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with our planning. We booked a tour of Torres del Paine through them. Breakfast included eggs, a variety of breads & baked goodies, cereal, yogurt & fresh fruit. The rooms are simple, clean...

I felt like I was home. This is a small B&B. I am a 64 year old, solo American traveler and this is my kind of place! Keoken Patagonia is not a hotel. It's much more personal. I had the double room to myself and it was plenty large. The home is clean. I went to the kitchen for hot...

Awesome little find, slightly off the beaten path in Pto.Natales. Room was very clean and comfortable, and far enough away from town/foot traffic to be quiet. Rodrigo and Gloria were very accommodating, with breakfast served as if you were at you best friends house... Highly recommended!

Before and during my visit, Gloria and Rodrigo could not have been more helpful. The hotel itself is clean and cosy. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. This is a perfect place for anyone looking for a base for their Patagonian adventures!

Our hosts, Rodrigo and Gloria, were always glad to see us and accommodated our few needs kindly. We loved staying here. We slept very well and really enjoyed Torres Del Paine. The other guests, although the B&B was full, we really didn't run into others much. We also listened to Gloria's food recommendation and loved her restaurants.

Thank AgiBill
