My girlfriend stayed here for one night- we wish we had more time. The owners were very welcoming and cooked one of the best breakfasts of our trip! Rooms were very clean and well put together. A little further walk than main street but definitely worth the stroll for a quieter part of town! Stay here!

Plus Comfortable rooms, very clean, ocean view from some rooms, comfortable habitable room with sea view, sofa, armchairs, books, games and a binocular. Silent location, only 3 minutes to walk to Puerto Natales center, good and complete breakfast, also with eggs. Very friendly and warm-hearted hosts, they have good recommendations for restaurants with really good food, for excursions around Puerto...

Thank you for staying with us. We value your opinion very much, it is important for us. We are trying to offer more variety of bread however Puerto Natales is a small town and sometimes its tricky to find better products. We hope to welcome you again in our house in the future. Best Regards.

Perfect stay! Rodrigo (owner) extremely helpful, caring, and knowledgeable (with excellent English in case you do not speak Spanish). Very good breakfast and you can fix your own bag to go. Wifi worked well. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet- very comfy bed. Rodrigo recommended where to eat out. Share lounge with plenty of books on the area. I...

The host Rodrigo is a warm and friendly man who runs an excellent bed & breakfast. When we arrived there was soothing music quietly playing. Rodrigo welcomed us and took his time telling us about the area and what to see in our one day at Torres Del Paine National Park. Our room was very comfortable: good linens & comfy...

We loved our stay here! I traveled with my best friend (2 females). Gloria and her husband went above and beyond to book our tours, organise our buses and transfers. On top of that the room was really clean and sooooo comfortable. Will definitely return!! Thank you for having us!!

My partner and I stayed at Keoken for two nights (before and after doing Torres del Paine) and Rodrigo was a wonderful host. We both have terrible Spanish and Rodrigo's English skills were a great help. The rooms are nice and clean. Showers and bathroom are also good. Breakfast is included and Keoken provides high quality cheese, yoghurt, butter etc....

Cozy little hotel. All fine. Good bad; excellent shower. Nice breakfast right beside the plaza de armas. I was looking for a place to spend just one night. Worked perfectly. Clean, nice, cozy, owned and operated by good people. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Our immediate reaction was that the decor, fittings etc. made this a welcoming and cheerful establishment. In addition, the owners were welcoming and willing to work with our lack of Spanish. The rooms (we tried two twin rooms) were comfortable as were the shared living rooms. The freshly cooked omelette for breakfast was excellent. Taxis are a fixed price (and...

Stayed for two nights. Visiting the park and glacier. Personalized service in every way. One excursion took us way over the expected return time and we called they waited up for us. Made us tea and sandwiches. Rooms are nice and have everything needed. No tv's except in the sitting room. Nice shower with towels and soap. Very friendly and...
