I stayed here twice with a group of friends before and after our Torres del Paine W-trek and we had nothing but good things to say. The hostel is cozy with very clean rooms and awesome bathrooms. Yes, there are (sensible) rules about not wearing your hiking shoes around the hostel but that's why it is so clean! Breakfast was...

Upon our arrival the guy at he front desk couldn't find our reservation even though we tried showing him the confirmation email. We had already booked our equipment for the Torres del Paine W because a friend had suggest another place for us to get everything. The guy at the hostel asked if we wanted to rent anything and we...

Hostel is clean with warm water. Owner is hard to understand. Protective of his books. Maybe he had bad experience in the past, but any time I borrowed a book, he would be more worried about that coming back to him, than the comfort of our stay. The man who cooks breakfast is very good. Nice man who wants people...

I stayed here four nights and can't say I saw any of the negative points from below. It was definitely one of the best hostels I've stayed in with respect to cleanliness (and the shower upstairs is amazing) and coziness. It's not a party hostel though! If you're out trekking in the day it's nice to come back to in...

This was my very worst experience of a hostel. I had asked Omar (the owner) to book my bus ticket out of Puerto Natales after finishing the W Trek. He gave me the wrong ticket so on arrival at the bus station I found someone else in my seat. I was forced to buy a second ticket at great expense....

This was the WORST hostel experiences I've had. Omar, the owner of the hostel was rude, hostile and e-mailed us a threatening message after a misunderstanding over the hostel bill. I recommend that this hostel be AVOIDED if you want to enjoy your trip to Torres del Paine. Upon arriving the night before our trek to Torres del Paine we...

We arrived at the hostal before doing the torres del paine trek to rent some equipment. We got what we needed but the guys did not try to hurry up at all when we clearly said that we had a bus to catch. We also arranged for them to reserve bus tickets for us for el calafate five days later....

The facilities are okay. Rooms are clean as are the bathrooms. The guy who works at the reception is just plain rude when asked simple questions. When he found out that we've sorted out our bus tickets etc and brought our own gear for trekking and it was clear he wasn't going to make any more money from us, he...

“I got in the 6 bed dorm, I think there might be an 8 bed dorm too. I had wifi in my room and that was awesome.”

“Os quartos superiores são mais tranquilos mas a escada em caracol não é muito confortável. Nos quartos de baixo voce evita a escada mas fica em frente a cozinha e vai haver mais barulho logo pela manhã.”
