This hostel is located 5 mins from the town centre. It's brightly decorated and always very clean. We stayed in one of the double rooms and it was hotel standard, really big and comfortable double bed. The hostel has an equipment rental facility and also lockers if you wish to store stuff while doing the W. There is a guy...

The hostel itself was basic; had decent breakfast, beds, and bathrooms. Upon arrival, our bedroom was not even prepared for us so we had to ask reception to clean the room and change the sheets. Also, the staff was rather unfriendly (avoid the chilean girl with long black hair- very cold). I would not suggest renting gear at Hostel Lili...

We just stayed one night but I loved it! The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot plan our stay in Torres del Paine. Also they rent all equipment necessary. The breakfast was great too. Although we stayed in a dorm we had single beds. Overall I recommend this hostel.

We stayed here both before and after doing the W treck. Both times we got in very late and the lady at reception was really nice about our late arrivals. She sorted our early morning bus ticket for us which was great and saved alot if hassle. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, breakfast was good and there is luggage...

The Chilean lady on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, both with directions around town and info on hiking in Torres del Paine. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable with lots of warm blankets and comforters.

I have never experienced a total and abysmal lack of courtesy that occurred at this hostel, the nopise went on well after midnight with no attempt by residents or staff to show any courtesy to those who had to rise early the next morning. I understand its a hostel and that a certain amount of boise is inevitable, but in...

Hostel itself is fine with all the basic facilities and a good enough breakfast. However, service was a bit hit and miss. On the positive side, they let us move our booking at less than 24 hours notice without charging as we missed our flight. On the not so good side, the reception guy was a bit off hand and...

The hostel is so cute and friendly-looking, inside and out! It had so much potential, but the whole situation ended up a bit weird. Upon check-in, the woman at the desk told us she had to leave, but another man would be there when we got back from dinner and the next morning. When we got back from dinner, the...

The family wins you over.. It is basically a place that the family wih two kids and one on the way rents out...Although there are all the usual noises that comes with little kids running, crying, etc but the family including the little children win you over by participating in setting up fhe table for breakfast, etc...wifi is kinda slow..

We went to Puerto Natales because we wanted to do the W-track in the Torres del Paine National Park. We took a day in Ouerto Natales to prepare our selves and were very lucky to be in this hostel, as the owners were really kind and extensively talked us through the different options we had doing the track. They also...
