This was my third visit to Siem Reap and I decided to splurge a little on my hotel. The Royal Crown provided me a relaxing and pampered stay. Everyone was so nice and I was always greeted by at least one employee whenever I entered or exited the hotel. The hotel provided free round trip transfers to the airport, free...

A good average priced hotel to stay in an excellent location in Siem Reap. Offered good value for money. Decor could use modernising and updating. Room 220 was clean and bed comfortable. Friends stayed in room 230 which was comparable. Aircon good; however, slightly noisy. Bought some spray from the mini mart across the road to combat the constant swarms...

I was really glad to have booked this hotel for my holiday trip. It is located just a few minutes from the Pub Street and the Old Market / Night Market, just down the road from Hard Rock Café but it's quiet and away from the traffic. Rooms are large and the comfortable and the staff are helpful, polite and...

Friendly staff and perfect location just 5minutes walk from the markets and 10 from pub street. Nice hotel except the wifi can be very slow. Not a problem if you don't use it much but we relied on it to make some last minutes search on places to eat/go to. Overall had a good stay.

not cheap but super comfortable and with many amenities. loved the spa and pool and the rooftop bar. Breakfast was great and when we got up early for the Angkor Wat sunrise tour they packed breakfast for us. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants in the area. Excellent service.e

This was our third trip back to Siem Reap, and each time we stay here. The hotel is ideal for us. It's walking distance to both the night markets and of course Pub Street. It has a quite a well stocked supermarket (opened 24hrs) across the street. And it's accessible to a few eating places (near the hotel) as well....

How possible ? Starting bad from check-in and finishing worse. We were two couples staying there four nights in the purpose to visit temples. We are two occupants by rooms but they give you only one key. If you want a second one then you'll have to argue for 15 minutes. You'll get it finally with a big warn :...

Had our annual short trip to Siem Reap to support the local community. Decided to try this hotel instead of Ta Phrom (because Ta Phrom Hotel always experiences power trips). Fantastic place. Had a good rest and it comes with airport Tuk Tuk transfer. =)
