We stayed here in March and found it to be a good hotel. THe grounds could be made nicer but our Poolside Garden King Room was excellent - a lovely big well-appointed room with easy access to the pool. The highlight is the staff and the location. The staff are truly excellent, warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. One of...

I think using "resort" in the name is misleading as this is a good hotel making the most of modest grounds. They should drop this word. The buildings themselves are ok and our room was just big enough. Two real advantages though are the staff and the location. The staff are truly excellent. Within a day they have learnt your...

We stayed at the Shinta Mani for five nights in February at the end of a three week tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. I can't think of anything negative to say, the room was perfect, even down to the quality of the toiletries provided, staff the best we've encountered anywhere, food excellent. The staff appear to be well trained. Everyone, even...

From check in to check out the staff could not have been nicer. They formed a reception group to welcome us. On stepping out of the car, we were given cold water and a cool towel. We were ushered in to a lounge area while they checked us in and gave us a delicious ginger and lemongrass welcoming drink. We...

Stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon trip and were completely impressed and satisfied! The hotel it self is a hidden gem perfectly managed and taken care to the extreme of every detail! We were greeted with a small cone of ice cream and cold water upon our visits to the pool! The location is perfect just 5...

We loved staying here. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff always helpful and a perfect location. And after a hot day touring Angor Wat and other temples, it was a treat to come "home" to our "oasis" and spend the afternoon at the pool (which is 25 meters and big enough to do laps) As noted by other reviewers,...

It was the perfect venue to end our five week tour through surrounding countries. My wife was ill in the last two days of our four day stay. The staff could not have been more attentive; they were genuinely concerned, sent flowers and a signed card to our room. We cannot praise them enough. The breakfast was a grand affair,the...

We reserved this hotel based on the opinions of other people and we are not disspointed at all. Siem Reap has become a very popular destination for westerners and asians alike and that is why it has a very good selection of hotels and hostels ranging from very economic to very high priced compared to the average standard of living...
