Stayed here for 5 days last week with my mom. Location was superb. The hotel is only right across the street from a cafe and 5meters away from Lucky Mall (a supermarket). It is also only a 10 to 15 min walk from old market and pub street or a 1-2 USD tuk tuk ride. Hotel was very clean and...

Loved the hotel. We had a room in the building next door and walked through a beautiful patio near the pool to get there. The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous and the restaurant serves a very nice breakfast. The hotel is close to shopping and has tuck tuck drivers. Also near a phenomenal restaurant called Nest. We were greeted...

We spend just two nighs, so we could not have a chance to try all services offered, including pool. It is located in strategic spot: near downtown where all night life is taking place. they have a package which include 60 mins massage for each guest and the airport transfert. the breakfast is very good and include lots of dishes,...

We had major issues with our room key card not working and also during the night our AC kept switching off. The room is okay, quite nice but showing a lot of wear and tear. The check-in process and service for the receptionist lady was excellent and perhaps the best I've received for a while. Breakfast buffet was good. I...

This is a good hotel in a great location, and it has a fantastic pool area with lots of space for sunbathing. The breakfast Buffet was ok with something for everyone and the staff were attentive and very polite. But the best part I liked about this hotel is that you could just walk outside and everything is on the...

What a breathtaking scene when you walk in but there are a few little flaws. The bed is unacceptably hard...like sleeping on concrete and there is only 1 bar which for a hotel of this size is quite amazing. The breakfast selection is quite good. Would be nice if they offered more coffee selections (lattes, cappuccino etc).

We have used this Hotel 4 times now, whenever we visit Siem Reap. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast serves both Western and Asian styles. Dinners cater for most tastes and are reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and comfortable, some with balcony overlooking the pool (you need to request a balcony room if you want one)....

My name is Sumalee Schwaiger, stayed at room 514 from27-30 October 2016. This is my first negative review in my life. I have 10 years hospitality experience and it makes me avoid complaint all hotel staffs.Because I understand their feeling well how difficult to deal with the hotel guest complaint. But today the cashiers at reception counter made me upset....

Decent room, though we didn't hang around long enough to enjoy the hotel, pool and spa facilities but pleased with the hospitable service nevertheless. Packed breakfast on request for sunrise start at Angkor Wat :) Easy walk to the market, Pub Street, restaurants and all that Siem Reap night life has to offer so no need for a tuk-tuk.

We stayed for three nights. The highlight was the excellent musicians in the bar/lounge each night. They finished off each night perfectly for us. Staff were helpful, facilities very good for the price. Great central location. We used Insider Journeys for our guided tours, they were very good too.
