Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Staff was helpful, gracious and welcoming. The room was luxurious and spacious. Breakfast, which was included, was sumptuous. It was also a great location. One of my best hotel stays anywhere. I unconditionally recommend this hotel. Stay here if you're in Siem Reap. Trust me.

We first arrived with a tour for a 3 day stay. The tour company room was tucked inbetween a roof or two at the end of a long corridor on Level 2.That room was clean and we were quite happy with it after 2 very busy days touring on the outskirts of the city. Our next 3 days we had...

Nice room, service, and swimming pool. All staff speak well English, better than me,but for those who like to play the phone on the bed,the socket is too far away from the bed.And since there are Korean&Japanese service, why not Chinese?probably Chinese just don't need it23333.

Always enjoyable to have excellent service in Cambodia. Extremely professional and friendly staff whose level of English is great compared i.e. to the limited English in Thailand. Good location and facilities and everything was done as agreed. The only negative points were noisy children and Chinese tourist who start to block all possible places.

All staff were friendly and cheerful at all times and greeted us so nicely when we arrived. Hotel is lovely, very traditional colonial style inside, lots of...

I just completed my stay at this hotel during my visit to the various temples in Siem Reap (Angkor Wat, etc). This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad that he did. I stayed in a balcony room that overlooks the pool. My room had an unobstructed view but I noticed that other balconies had...

We spent 2 days there. The location is excellent, the people friendly and helpful, very clean and elegant, lovely swimming pool. The staff's English is quite poor, but they make it up to their clients in kindness. Large room overlooking the pool, good amenities, not so good internet connection though. Adequate breakfast, everything fresh. Within walking distance of the bazaar and...
