All the staff were so very helpful and friendly.... My room was very clean, nice and cool... Perfect location for me, close to the bars, markets and all other facilities... Great little locals bar and breakfast restaurant right next door - the young lad there will help you tirelessly if you're trying to speak Kmher...

This hotel is very run down and dingy. I was disappointed by the state of the pool, which was basically opaque it was so dirty. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is, there are actually only four chairs and the deck feels like it may collapse at any moment. There was also a terrible leak in the...

I've stayed here 4 times. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly but it ends there. The building is run down and many things go unrepaired. E.g. the water has been dripping through a hole in the ceiling for two years and there is still no plan to repair it. The staff have become...

It's location is excellent and we chose to stay here because of the pool. we used the pool everyday and loved it.the hotel is definitely tired and there is nothing trendy about it but the rooms are big and clean and at $30...

We stayed for five nights at Passaggio Hotel and everything was perfect. Spacious room, clean, great breakfast, very good wifi, nice staff. They made a packed breakfast for us the day we went to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat and when we had to leave early to go to the airport.

A nice hotel with friendly staff near markets and restaurants. The pool was nice after a hot day at Angkor Wat. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and large, if somewhat dated. There is bicycle and scooter rental next door.

To be honest, this hotel disappointed me a lot. Despite its location (great location) everything else is not true to what they sell in the websites. On the pictures it looks a real boutique hotel, but the reception and the room look old and not pretty. The pool and breakfast are good, but not awesome. The worst part for me...

I've stayed twice before mainly due to the location as you can easily walk everywhere in Siem Reap town. The rooms are large and comfortable but the service although friendly and willing to please is very hit and miss. The breakfast menu is limited and hasn't been updated for years. And never expect to get what you order as every...

Room was clean and modern except for the towels that were really old and stained i didnt want to use them. Also had no hot water The...

This is a great budget choice where the stuff are very friendly and helpful. The look and feel of the establisment is reminiscent of the 50s so a renovation is needed. Having said that my room was spacious, well airconditioned and the wi-fi was of good quality. I didn't use the pool but i did use the laundry service which...
