We recently had 4 lovely nights in siem reap at the shadow Angkor! Good: The room is lovely, although we didn't have a balcony the room was nicely decorated and the shower was awesome, best one so far (hotel no.10)! The Staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help, they advised us on trips and arranged Tuk Tuk to...

We have used Shadow of Angkor (1) in Pokambor st, next to the old market before, and we were happy with the location and the friendly atmosphere and the staff. This time I was on my own and I was looking forward to seeing the place again. It has been completely refurbished. The rooms are great, the bathrooms are modern...

I booked 3 nights here and stayed a week. Very good location, within a few minutes walk of the market and Pub Street. We had a balcony room with a little table a chairs outside which was very nice to sit and have a coffee. The room is modern and supper clean and I think the place is pretty new....

I stayed here in July 2016 for 4 nights. I chose this hotel as my travelling companions were on a budget though I have to say this little hotel is as good as the upmarket places I have stayed. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and whilst I didn't have the balcony described in my booking I was more...

Located close to the city center with decently sized clean rooms & bathrooms plus a reasonable breakfast to boot this, place is hard to beat. The Angkor Wat temples can be reached with a 20 min cycle ride or a $3 tuk-tuk ride. The cycle renting shops are all over.

I came to this guesthouse, without reservation, having used an out of date guidebook reference. The high standard of the reworked interior was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are as new, having attractive bathroom fittings and quality furniture. Although the guesthouse is in a busy, central location, the bedroom sliding glass doors keep out street noise. There is only a...

First stayed here in 2010 and again a week ago. They underwent extensive renovation and the current rooms are lovely! What really makes this hotel, though, is the staff. They couldn't be more attentive or helpful! They're really amazing. Also, the location can't be beat. You're a few steps away from a mall, the old market and the night market....

This hotel made our stay in Siem Reap unforgettable! It's beautifully decorated with a wooden and concrete-like interior. Has working air-conditioning and shower with hot and cold water. The best was the staff though, warm, friendly and always helpful. Had loads of tips for exploring etc. Recommend it!

Although one might feel that compared to other accomodation rates in Cambodia this one would be rather pricy it does offer value! The rooms are neat and comfortable, warm shower, good breakfast included, airport pickup (at mormal cost of 5usd) included and short walk to the buzzing centre of siem reap with its restaurants and bars. Above all the staff...

I have been sometimes in this very good and fantastic value guesthouse, but at the end of 2015 the building was close and under a complete renovation. Let's see how it will work bussiness again. They promise it would be still better.
