A lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and within a short ride to markets and restaurants. The hotel helped arranged airport pick up and our trip to temples. We were traveling with my parents who are both over 70 years of age - Buna (hope I spelled the name correctly) immediately changed their rooms to ground floor without any prompting from...

Borann hotel, Auberge des Temples, is the BEST VALUE FOR MONEY AND QUALITY you could ever find today in Siem Reap. - Beautiful garden, - big and warm swimming pool in the lush green with comfy reclining chairs, - impeccable rooms with comfort, - Khmer style rooms and (safe box, kettle, free mineral water bottles, a terrace on the garden...)...

Thanks so much for your nice comment. It is a pleasure to know our guest do appreciate the effort we do for them to love Cambodia as much as we do. Yes, that is already 26 years that i have created Krousar Thmey, the first cambodian NGO for children. Borann is my way to get a living and to continue...

We had a great stay in this beautiful and quiet hotel, although very central. With three small kids (7, 5 and 2) it was also a nice resting place after visiting temples and villages near Siem Reap. The hotel also organized very well all our visits. After staying nearly a week we forgot painitings and the staff took good care of...

Super friendly staff, very nice food (try the chicken curry and home made ice cream!), great, quite, peaceful location in the heart of the city. Also go for a massage to a blind masseuse trained by Krousar Thmey, the NGO of the owner.

A lovely quiet hotel set on beautiful grounds away from the bustle of Pub Street and market areas. A little oasis within walking distance of town but feels further away due to it's quiet location and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area and good breakfast. No tv's in rooms if this is important to you.

Thanks for your comment. Yes, you are right, no TV...this is something that may miss during election time, but it allows the rest of the time, to enjoy the serenity of the garden. Something most of us do forget and do not regret to do after having spent some days in Borann. See you soon to be welcomed again, as...

Yes there are hundreds of swish hotels to choose from in Siem Reap but we just kept going back to Borann for its authenticity- the rooms are furnished with traditional Khmer pieces- its peace and quiet- it is set well back from the road so that the only sounds normally are the monks chanting from the neighbouring Wat- the reliabilty...

We really liked Borann, l'Auberge des Temples. It was quite affordable and very charming. The staff was warm and helpful. The pool area is a very nice place to relax on a hot afternoon, after exploring the town and temple sites. We found the room to be slightly spartan. And the AC worked, but was a tad on the weak...

Probably the favourite hotel of our 3 week stay. The lush garden setting and open space is peaceful and beautiful and worth the few minutes extra walk into town. We checked both upstairs and down rooms and chose the up as being a bit lighter. Take care on the stairs though - Cambodian hand rails are very low! The best...

This is my third visit to Siem Reap and first stay at Borann. I can't believe how much the city has grown since my first visit in 2004, but this hotel provided the perfect escape from the crowds and the traffic. We stayed for four nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Borann. Amazing service. Terrific staff. Lovely pool / eating environment. Rooms were simple but comfortable and clean throughout. You are a $2 tuk tuk ride from the madness of Beer St making it a quiet retreat after a great night out. Plenty of room for the kids to play. A terrific family holiday...
