We spent four nights here with the view of relaxing, experiencing just a little of Cambodia and seeing the headline Temples. Having not stayed at an Aman resort before we were referred to the group by a trusted advisor. With busy jobs had not really researched the temples too much. Upon arrival we were provided with a great itinerary (fully...

First time to stay at an Aman hotel, and whilst I know there are Aman junkies, I didn't really understand what made it so special before. Upon arriving the hotel, I thought nice hotel, nice room - but certainly not that different to other hotels we have stayed at. Over the next four days, we learn that what makes an...

Our stay at Amansara was perfect. I cannot think of one negative or even constructive comment. We will remember our 5 days as one of the best trips we have ever taken. The highlight of the perfection were the tours and in particular our guide, Kim. As other reviewers have mentioned, Amansara goes to great lengths to give the best...

We spent 3 nights at Amansara, and we loved every relaxing moment. We definitely hated to leave; this is one of the most lovely places we have stayed. Top notch service-at every turn the staff was available to make your stay perfect, yet they were completely unobtrusive. So friendly. Attentive. The property is the perfect small secluded getaway -we felt...

Okay, so the guide was amazing. Ankor at sunrise was breathtaking. The dinners were spectacular, the chef is their ace in the hole. The Cambodian staff fantastic and professional, BUT for $2700.00 that's where the compliments stop. There was a family there that brought their own pool toys!! Yes blow up plastic toys and another couple that played loud opera...

Before going to Siem Reap I was a little worried to find too many tourists and have the beauty of the temples just lost.. Amansara made this week-end just magical and a unique and an unforgettable experience. From the pick-up at the airport in the old Mercedes to the warm welcome from the Hotel GM, to the unique and attentive...

Excellent hotel. Perfect for visiting the sites around Angkor and Siem Reap. Smaller than other Aman properties. About 25 rooms or so. Situated inside a complex / villa from the 60s which belonged to the King at one stage. Has been nicely renovated. Very much has a 60s modernist yet tropical feel to it. Different from other more recent Aman...

The main reason to visit Aiem Reap is to visit Angkor. Amansara provides well-organized private program to watch Angkor avoiding crowds and making a relax during the hot time from 12 to 3 PM taking nice food and service as well.

From the moment the greeter meets you at the airport, you sense something special is about to begin. The Chauffer driven vintage Mercedes with ice cold, lemongrass scented towels and iced Evian water is but a prelude to better things. A 25 minute drive through the city and you arrive at the oasis of cool and serenity. Aman trademarks beguile...

We did not manage to get a room - it was full for Christmas. The dinner there was incredible - nice environment, quite, private yet warm. Food and service meet the standard - we chose the local Cambodian cuisine and it was beautifully set and presented.
