Since 2004 the Victory Guesthouse, owned and operated by a 12 member family and 5th generation of Siem Reap has achieved, what I would say, is the quintessential relaxed, service oriented, and convenient travel experience to Siem Reap. Quite simply put, Victory is truly an experience where you are treated with the warmth and friendly atmosphere of a family Guest... More

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at this guesthouse. The room was very big and had everything we needed. The bathroom could use some upgrades. The staff was nice and helpful. WiFi was working good in our room. Breakfast choice was big, but the portions were a bit small. We recommend this guesthouse !

Stayed here for 4 weeks in 2015. A family run business with staff & Peni especially (Sorry If I've mispelt your name) going out of their way to make me feel welcome & safe which as a solo traveller made all the difference to my time in Cambodia. Nothing was too much trouble. The lounge/restaurant area, complete with small library... More

Stayed here 3,5 months. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, reasonable choices. Clean. Sheets sometime had holes in them (Cambodian thing) but other times the sheets were perfect. Can really recommend this place.

Don't expected first class room and you won't be disappointed. Stayed with a travel group for two nights. Shower worked. Mattress blood stained just jank. Sheets had holes and rips in them. You have to leave your key at reception for the room to be cleaned. Good location I guess you get what you ( or the company your with)... More

Great for groups as the guest house is big. Good communal areas with food and a bar. Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. There's no pool but you can get access to next door (Motherholme Guest House) if you pay for a drink or meal. A tuk tuk ($2) ride into Siem Reap. Cheap laundry at the end... More

A really warm welcome by the family who own this place - they couldn't do more to make us feel at home. Lovely atmosphere and great food for breakfast which is included. Rooms are very spacious and clean. In perfect location to explore a bit more of a local area but just a short walk into the tourist center. In... More

Fresh, clean and bright hotel with decent food for breakfast. There's a small pool that can be used for a negligible fee. Quiet surroundings but there are plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance and the town centre can be reached on foot.

My daughter-law and I volunteered to work for a charity teaching English to children in Cambodia over Christmas and New Year. The charity arranged accommodation for us in the Victory Guest House for the three weeks we were there. Prior to leaving for Cambodia I had read most of the reviews on Trip Advisor and apart from one, they all... More
