A little dated but adds to the character. The reception is like heading back in time. The pool was nice and much needed in the heat. Food from the bar is very good. We did eat in the hotel one night but were the only customers and the attentiveness of the staff was a bit overbearing. Picking up on another...

The former glory of this hotel is epitomised by its lobby- it was probably a very good 5 star hotel 20 years ago, but no longer. The decor is falling out of fashion, even though the place is generally well maintained. The rooms are big and with a nice balcony, but like the lobby, you can only sense its former...

Positive: the staff was friendly and hospitable. Now the negatives: We booked two weeks around Asia including a few nights stay at this hotel. To make a long story short, we checked out the next day as the room was very hot and excruciating. We reported it to reception in the morning but nothing was done. To make matters worse,...

Old-style hotel, yet all room air conditioned, spacious. Staff are very helpful. Meeting room has all amenities, except for a window to outside. Breakfast.buffet, included with the room, is generous feature both Khmer and North American foods. More than adequate, but not a rave. Some people in reviews complained about air conditioning in rooms, but I've found my room to...

It was unfortunate that my family and I had to check out of the hotel earlier than planned. We did not know that the pool was being renovated on the day that we checked in. Since our trip was a family holiday, my kids were looking forward to swimming in the hotel pool. I had no other choice but to...

Service was not good. Toilet overflowed, completely flooding bathroom 4 times. Manager assured us that it would be fixed but it wasn't. No disinfectant used until I complained. Very unhygienic. Overall the cleaning was of a very low standard, no disinfectant, just dirty old mops that were 'black' - filthy; hygiene clearly not a priority. Public toilets on ground floor...

Cons: Put up with room #448 last week. Found 2 lizards, measure about 15cm long and the other is 10cm. Air con temperature is not cold. Swimming pool water is salty. Area under the bed-head is dusty. Pros: Very warm service, staff is polite, room is spacious. Breakfast change daily.
