My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights during our visit to the temples. This is a charming hotel with lovely staff, starting with the cold towels at the door, lovely pool area, great buffet breakfast and a well appointed room, we highly recommend this hotel looking for a great place to stay

This charming hotel may be less than ten years old, but it has the feel of an old colonial hotel, right down to the small, quaint elevators. The service is good, breakfasts are excellent, and the hotel is close to the river and a major "downtown" park. We were there during the water festival, the main elements of which were...

Dear Bob009, I would like to thank you very much for your excellent review of the Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa; you obviously had a great stay. A word on the laundry: yes, we are more expensive than the local laundries. When the hotel opened, there were no local laundries and we had to set up all our own equipment....

Stayed here for 3 nights, primarily to visit Angkor Wat. This hotel will not disappoint as it provides good quality service and large, clean rooms. It is in a central location and a tuk tuk to pub street/ night market is only 3 US dollars for 4 people. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, and there is a reasonably varied lunch...

Dear tomboy11, Thank you very much for your review of the Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa. I am always pleased to read that our guests had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I ma the first to admit that we cannot compete with Pub Street prices as we do pay decent salaries and actually also pay taxes. What we can compete with...

Dear julie g, Thank you very much for your review of the Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa. I gather that you had a great stay overall but do apologize for the roosters next door. I am afraid that, just like the Khmer, they do get up fairly early. We would have happily changed the room for you had we known....

The hotel is fairly new, but has been styled with an old rustic feel in keeping with the area. The location is fantastic, only 10 mins by Tuk Tuk to the temples and 10 mins walk into town where restaurants and bars are. Service here is really good, a receptionist overheard my speaking to a taxi driver to visit the...

I highly recommend this be part of a visit to Siem Reap. WE had a private prep, cooking & dining area in the hotel and quite a delicious lunch. Our Chefs were friendly and attentive. The hotel has the feel of a upscale, traditional Colonial place. Highly recommended

Back in Siem Reap for the magnificent giant puppet show, a Khymer wedding and to catch up with old friends, I suggest to a friend visiting from the UK that we go to the Victoria for a cocktail or three before heading to the delightful Miss Wongs for dinner.
