Reasonably comfortable, large room first floor in front, sleeps 3 .roomy with own bathroom, balcony overlooking street. Don't trust manager/receptionist, told lies and tried unsuccessfully to rip us off with changing all our tour bookings. Recheck ALL your tours if you have mentioned them to manager. Found out he cancelled all ours and rebooked with his own. DO NOT let...

Do not book, you will regret it, smell of rodent throughout the hotel, no housekeeping, no facilities, the desk clerk seems to be blur with the prior booking, don't trust the review and don't trust airasia go.

Nice place, nice room. The food is a little pricey compared to some but we were travelling on a very tight budget so... The staff were lovely and helped us arrange a temple tour and the area the hotel is in may be a little out of town but has a lot to offer.

Rooms and bathrooms look worse than in the profile pictures and are not so clean. It's an ok place for a budget stay. Ask to check if aircon works. To use wifi we had to sit in the starway. The people at the reception desk were very nice welcoming us BUT VERY RUDE when we were paying. They wanted us...

I stayed here as part of a group tour and of all the hotels we stayed in throughout Cambodia and Vietnam, this is the one that surprised me the most. The staff were friendly and it is in a great location, close to the night market and not too far from Angkor Wat. The rooms were clean, air conditioned (which...

There were NO WATER moments too...however they manage to handle it, but it's kinda tough if that sort in the morning. WIFI ONLY AT THE LOBBY AREA. so..don't expect much it's rather slow too. Spacious rooms, aircon and fan, decent food (cheaper food is at the viet cafe opposite) ten minutes walk from the night market or a dollar tuktuk ride (don't let them charge you more!) and friendly hotel affiliated tuktuk drivers who by the end of our stay were giving us amazing mates rates. On the whole nothing to complain about if...

More like mickey mouse. Poor. Desk fan to cool a large room. Tv only fit for playing dvds, shower, sink, and toilets all where broke or blocked! They have air conditioning in the rooms but it's an extra $5 a night to get the remote. Believe me you HAVE to stump up the money. False economy to stay there.

Stayed here in Feb 2016 with my boyfriend. We are backpackers and wanted a cheap but decent accommodation. We seen good reviews on Tom & Jerry so gave it a try & we loved it. MASSIVE rooms... 2 large double beds, TV etc. Cleaners every day giving clean towels. Clean bedding etc. There was a few dirty stains on walls...
