They had left the door open to the room when we came. So there were mosquitos inside... And the yummy mold smell didn't help either. The room wasn't near being cleaned. And yeah.. The whole room was pounding with bass from music close by. 12 dollars for one night is highly overpriced.

Initially shown a room with air con and tv quoted $10 US, with the assurance it would be cleaned! Very dirty, was not cleaned charged an additional $5 to use the air con, tv did not work. Staff had an agressive attitude when responding to basic requests. Walk a two minutes further and stay at the beautiful, friendly, clean and...

Besides than then fact that I asked for toilet paper about 4 times and the place was dirty, as I was sleeping at around 3 am, I woke up to see one of the staff members watching me sleep. As I went down to reception to complain, they pretty much told me it was my fault because I was walking...

We ended up here after the hostel we actually booked (Angkor Wonder Hostel- read my review of there too) sent us here instead! When we checked in we were told we were very unlucky(!) as we couldn't have a room with a window until the following night! The next morning when we came downstairs at 10.30am we were told we...

We checked in and were taken to a room with no aircon, no sheets or covers and two disgusting bathrooms. We did a tour of Angkor and were told we could check out after. On returning, a female member of staff started rudely demanding we pay another night as we missed checkout. We rushed to leave and were followed around...

I arrived in Siem Reap and my motorbike taxi guy asked my budget and what I wanted from a place to stay. He brought me here. I paid $10 USD a night. Huge room with two double beds. Huge bathroom, Tv. I chose to have a fan over using the AC. The room was close by to the bridge opposite...

We arrive in Siem Reap and a tuk-tuk driver takes us to a hostel with a strange name, I win hostel. It is situated in the centre of the city, quite close to the Night Market. Our room is spacious and quite clean, it costs 12 $ a night and we stay two. The staff is uninterested in the guests...

Yes in fact everything you've read that isn't flattering about this hostel is true! My gf and I spent a few days in this place after being dropped off late in the evening. I try to be positive about every travel experience we have but this place just sucked. Seemed like every 12 hours something bad was happening. The toilet...

I wouldn't recommend staying here, avoid if possible. Customer service is shocking. The receptionist was useless, didn't want to communicate with customers. Laundry took two days to come back. It was still damp and clothes were still dirty! Only good thing is the distance to the town centre. I wouldnt come here again. Not experienced anything like it!
