Having watched the video on the website after booking I was a little concerned that the retreat would be primarily geared to young travellers, to my delight several of the folk attending the retreat were in my age range and the retreat is for everyone...More

No, the retreat is only offered as a 6 day package. I think it is better this way because it allows you to really settle in and go through the process with the same group of people. Hope you can make it there! It's great!!
